wonderful staff, and a great peaceful environment. Very talented and accommodating staff. also very friendly and very funny. I got acrylic nails, with acrylic tips in a coffin shape. They were so beautiful and i can tell the quality is good and the nails will last me a long time :)

The staff is Demeaning and rude. I have really bad social anxiety and the way that you are spoken to is horrible. I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted my nails to look like and asked if it was feasible. I was told yes, but this is how my nails turned out.

Wouldn’t recommend. Got a pedicure and a SNS manicure (first time). Tech was sloppy with the pedicure and there was polish on my skin in multiple spots. SNS was done poorly as well - she didn’t actually do the manicure part (pushing back cuticles, trimming etc) and the edges of the nails are still rough and jagged after she filed them. When I brought up if she could clean up the cuticle areas she said it was too late (no joke).

I have gone to this place so many times. For pedicures and for manicures. I have always had a good experience in the past. But this time I had someone new. She has blonde hair and has glasses. I just felt very rushed. Me and my grandmother started at the same time and I got done 20 minutes before my grandma did. This is the only bad experience I’ve had here. I’m just disappointed and wish they would have their employees care more for the relaxation and the experience of the customer.

Pretty bad when you walk in and they judge you based on what you are wearing and tell you they are too busy when it's half empty. Maybe because it's the holiday I wanted to wear jeans and a ball cap. Apparently I don't meet their income requirement. Just wow. Guess I should have know what I'm driving up to when a place says "the lifestyle nail salon." Excuse me. My money spends well at another salon. Thanks anyway.

I felt rushed. Asked for a dip manicure, no manicure was done, the tech rushed through the procedure. The manicure didn’t even last 6 days. Don’t waste your time or money.

I got sns and I loved it! It was a quick process and they look amazing! It was my first time coming here and I was very satisfied. 100/10 recommend and am coming back for sure!
