Yesterday my daughter, Michele and I went there. I've been going for about 2 yrs on and off with Cassie, who is no longer there. She was great. My daughter's $100 gift certificate was denied by Bella (nail tech and manager/owner's sister). Bella called her and they both demanded rudely that it was "expired after one year." We both stated that nowhere on the certificate does it state that it expires after a year. They both said "we tell you when you buy." When told that we are reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, they were rude, condescending, and proceeded to speak their native language continuously and ignored us. I asked Bella what her sister's name is and she said, in front of customers, "I don't know," to which I answered, now you're lying on top of stealing my daughter's $100. She then replied Judy! This is the worst form of Business etiquette we've ever experienced at a nail spa. THIEVES!
My third manicure in 51 years...nmy feet were messed up with calluses and general neglect. The tech was very patient and did a great job! Very happy! A+
I took me and my daughter for pedicure and full sets on both. I didn't get what I wanted. It's like my nail tech wasn't listening I wanted brown tips He gave me nails as you would get for a wedding. I hated them. On top of that one nail tip was cracked but trust the process right. He was willing to change it but I was already running late. My daughter nails came out nice. I'm not gonna go there again.
Incredibly clean store. I was warmly welcomed and introduced to Shelly. She was friendly, professional and does a fantastic pedicure! She's available Tuesday thru Saturday. I highly recommend to use her services if you have the good fortune of being able to sit in her chair.
Love this salon. They are so friendly & give the best pedicures & manicures around! Cassie is absolutely amazing, but everyone who works here is great too! I will never go anywhere else :)
I've been coming here of and on for almost 20 years. I'll leave to another location then come right back because I can't find anywhere else that does my nails the way I like them.
Nice place to go get your nails done the prices are really good and they do a great job
I went in and asked for some pretty detailed nails and they gave me exactly what I wanted. I, unfortunately, caused them to stay doing my nails one hour after their closing time and they had so much patience and did the nails in no rush to get the beautiful result that I was hoping for. They did amazing and I definitely recommend going here.
