I have never experienced such rudeness in all of my years of getting my nails done. At first I had an air bubble and I asked the tech about it. Of course he blamed it on my previous tech. Definitely was not the case. When I asked about it, he said it was fine. I told him I wanted it fixed due to the possible infection getting in. He became rude and started working roughy with the nail file on my fingers. I asked him, am I not allowed to speak on my nails and am I not a paying customer who is paying $50. He mumbles something and the other tech and him start speaking in their language. As he continued to do my nails he now was rushing. One nail had the appearance of lifting from him putting a very think layer of acrylic. He said again there is nothing wrong with that nail. I asked the customer sitting next to me if she sees what i see and she also said it didn't look like it was done correctly. That's when the tech got loud and said is she the professional or you the professional ? No then leave it to us. They are indeed the rudeness place I have ever gone. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
My first time. It was clean and they were very pleasant ☺️. I will definitely visit again. A little pricey, but I found Easton is pricier than Philly.
I told the man not to cut the corners of my big toes. I did it anyway. It hurt so bad I almost screamed. He told me I needed it. Cut my toenail back and ripped it half way back my nail. It hurt all night long and still hurts. I will probably get an ingrown toenail.
Went for my nails and my feet paid $110 for something I could have did myself the guy kept pulling my arm I had hurt my toe and told him to please be careful he didn’t listen he rushed the whole time will not be coming back I rather buy the press ons at cvs
This place can be really busy throughout the day but if you want to get in and get out your best time to go is in the morning... never have a problem and always does good work
Not bad for my first time going. The girl doing my nails, her hands were shaking alot not sure if she was new or she needed a cup of coffee. She did a decent job but she cut my left pointer finger and the chrome she did has streaks in it. Not sure if you can tell by th photos. Also she pushed first coat on and then went back to file for some reason. Left the nail dust and put clear ontop so that left specks and bumps on 2 nails. Other than that she did a good job. Price was a little up there they charged me $55 for a refill. I would probably go again but unsure.
nails are fat and wide , lady put chunks of acrylic polish and tried to tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be done . 3 difference co workers came over and watched over her shoulder numerous times because they knew she she was doing a bad job. never again
I asked for my nails ???? to be shaped to that of my natural nails ????, and that's EXACTLY what I did NOT get????. It's as if the technician was on autopilot and COMPLETELY FORGOT what I'd asked to have done ????. The shape that I received was MORE TO THAT of what MOST of the customer base tends to like and have done. Additionally, one of my nails ???? was COMPLETELY misshapen. Needless to say, I was NOT happy with how my nails ???? turned out.
To the plus side, the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the establishment was very clean, and the technician to customer camaraderie was excellent.
