Won't be returning. Very old fashioned cuts for my boys and lots of hair down the back of their necks.
Amber did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We had a great discussion on what color options would work well for my hair.
Always have great barbers there that make the experience of getting your hair cut fun and enjoyable that you want to come back again. They also do a great job dying hair and will make sure you love it! I would suggest Amber there as she is my favorite and always does a great job!
This was my first time at Cuttin' up and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I am very disappointed in the hair stylist I had, Mel was very quiet and unwelcoming. I went in for a trim and she cut my hair so crooked I needed to go elsewhere to have it fix. I would not recommend Cuttin' Up to anyone.
This place is the only reason I had a ✨glow up✨! I was looking for a place in Platteville to get my hair done and my friend and I went here! Antonia did my hair and it was beyond what I could have ever expected! She made me look like a smoke show! Every time I get my hair done I also compare it to how she did mine and nothing has came close to it. 10/10 highly recommend

I’ve been going to Cuttin’ Up for years, and I have loved every minute of it. I love the way Amber does my hair, and I love the laid back environment in the salon. It always feels like I’m just hanging out with friends. When you can laugh and have a good time, getting your hair cut turns from something you have to get done, to something you look forward to doing.
My cut and color always comes out perfectly, and I recommend the salon to all of my friends and family. When my cousin moved across the state, I remember her telling me how sad she was that she had to find a new place, “because Amber always does it so perfectly.” I too have moved away, but whenever I’m back in the area, I always try and book an appointment because I know I’m going to walk out looking fresh and loving the results.
The staff is super friendly. Even though today was my first visit. I felt like I was at home or part of the family. Prices are very reasonable for the professional hair style I received. I will be going back!
