Had a great experience at Custom Nails for Valentine's Day. Hana did my nails; she was super meticulous with making my nails perfect without taking a lot of time to do them, and was kind and personable (even though I changed my mind a few times on the details I wanted before she started painting). Price was very affordable and appropriate for the level of service provided. Highly recommend her and Custom Nails to anyone looking for nail art or acrylics as she did an excellent job. I stopped there on a whim and I am so glad I did.

I normally asked the cost but I didn't this time . I feel that they took advantage of that.I am also a service person.I am a hair stylist.

Whenever the price is more than normal I consult with the client first before assuming it's okay.

It’s their business to run how they choose but people don’t always remember what you say but they ALWAYS remember how you make them feel. And the way you made my cousin feel today was unacceptable and the situation could have been handle a little differently. I’m so disappointed to hear how she was treated when she came to this business on March18,2023 for services. She was stopped at the door and told they had new chairs and there's a weight limit….and they would not service her. She left the store feeling very hurt and upset by this experience. I don’t know why the business owners thought this was good business or good manners but it speaks volumes to their character and this is not a business I would suggest others support due to their lack of empathy or regard for another person. Remember you don’t know what a person is going thru so BE KIND..it doesn’t cost a thing.

The guy at the 1st Chair is extremely unprofessional and disrecful. If the customer appreciate the place when is treated with dignity and respect.

He is most of the time rude and sometimes hurts when doing nails.

This place is horrible. Never going here and will definitely not recommend anyone go there. They charged my daughter $75 dollars for this monstrosity of a nail set. They're ugly, they're crooked, and the design is trash.

Gel Overly over my own nails. Had the service done a week ago. Two nails have popped off already.

The guy that sits closest to the register is the best. My wife's nails come out top notch. He usually has people waiting for him. Less waiting when the weather is bad.

Today
