Thank you for fixing my nails today. I enjoyed everything except for the excessive use of them N word and the kept asking if I was ghetto. I was so uncomfortable whilst trying to ignore what was happening. I really didn’t appreciate being profiled as some hood girl when I walked in. I am a mother, a wife and a highly educated woman. Not to mention when the other black lady walked out from getting her lashes done you turned and bumped elbows with her and said “see my Nigger” as if that was to make me less uncomfortable. She immediately got uncomfortable and i laughed the most uncomfortable laugh. Please.. I would have loved a better experience. This has bothered me into anxiety. Do better please and thank you. And please don’t deny it, because I recorded the encounter. An apology would suffice. Thank You ????????

This nail salon is quiet and clean. The gentleman who serviced me was polite and professional. The female nail tech wasn't too happy when I asked for a face mask because of the strong odor; but she had on one so why not ask the customer if they'd like to be protected from the chemicals, too?
So I came in for a fill in with gel polish. Pedicure with regular polish/French. Total 80.00. Now the Pedicure is suppose to be 25? Fill in 22.. plus gel color I would have paid 65.00 total at my normal nail shop. But I decided to come into my neighborhood and bring money into the community and also establish a relationship with this nail shop. Hoping to bring my business back. But when you over charge me and tell me 80.00 for the service I received that tells me all I need to know. I’ll keep my business where it’s been. Even if I have to travel 20 min to get there. Never again. They over charged me. And that not cool. People make sure you add up what they charging you. They will never get my business again. Thanks.
Not a good place for pricing they will lie and up charge you in the middle of service. The lady who did my nails started laughing when I asked if she wanted a tip after removing my nails that were $60 which were overpriced than what was on the wall. Very unprofessional to laugh because it could have been worst. Poor customer service it was 3 people in total and she messed it up for the other two. Dirty unprofessional rude

My favorite nail salon. I don't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Vicky as she did a phenomenal job on my pedi this morning. I asked for the Jamaican flag on my toe and she perfected it!!
