From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable, the security guard greeted me with a smile and happy attitude, I was worried mainly because I'm a clean freak and having worked in the hospitaly industry all my life I know how important a clean place is to the safety and well being of customers. Let me tell you the place is spotless, everyone is a proffesional it is apparent that they know what they are doing I'm very glad I donated ????

Great customer service, your firt visit you will expend aboit 2 to 3 hrs, the staff is very friendly and take care of you while you are here, drink plenty of water and bring a coat with you, this place have free wifi and the parking lot is big. If you are visit for donation, please eat a ligth breakfast. And bring some snack to eat after the donation.

Excelente servicio al cliente, su primera visita pasará de 2 a 3 horas, el personal es muy amable y lo cuidará mientras esté aquí, beba mucha agua y traiga un abrigo, este lugar tiene wifi gratis y el estacionamiento es grande. Si está de visita por donación, coma un desayuno ligero. Y trae algo de bocadillo para comer después de la donación.

Edit: Sad to not see a couple staff members there anymore after going recently, Dylan and Fabio to name a few. Still a great location but they seem really under staffed.

Honestly when you come to this CSL plasma you need to be patient, the staff here are great and friendly and I've never had a problem with no one. When it comes to getting sticked they're all pretty good, but if I had to choose I would go with Abby. Super friendly, quick and very good at what she does.

They're supposed to take people until 7:00 p.m. according to what they always say now I'm in here at 6:57 and they all ready have the door closed. The security guard should not do any others duty than security.

A great environment and a great staff especially Dylan and Nicole. Yes I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I wanted to give back, to donate (yet I was naïve to the complexity of what CSL is doing) and now so impressed!

This location is top-notch! Thanks to many reasons, like it's super organized, and I appreciate their level of efficiency.

So a shout out goes to Saul Holt, the floor supervisor, keeping the "flow" rolling and the incredible staff of Phlebotomists and Technicians (also it starts with front desk staff, fast and well educated, even the security guard is friendly, yet keeps the place running smoothly) because it's serious work they all are doing.)

They all make it interesting. I like their medical knowledge and interaction plus some of them are funny, making you feel great during the entire experience.

I've seen them under pressure and even during an electrical outing, the Plasma floor runs smoothly.

I find it relaxing, and rewarding.

Personally I am flattered that I'm healthy enough to do so.

The medications my plasma makes, saves lives. Its a good feeling!

I have been donating here for the last 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of great! The staff is always very friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The only thing I would say is make sure you drink a lot of water to be hydrated and make the process go quickly. And it can get REALLY busy during some days, especially during the end of the day. So just be patient because they will get to you!
