My mom and sister recently moved to the area and we wanted to get all of our nails done for my sister's birthday- the photo of the pink ones is what I got done. They worked quickly and didn't hurt my fingers at ALL!! They were so sweet and patient while my indecisive sister was trying to decide on her design, they even showed her several different pink pigments for her to decide. They weren't overbearing and trying to persuade her towards different things either which is VERY nice for us with anxiety! They even fixed my mom's one nail no charge!! The pricing is super fair and the service is clean and consistent! (They even laughed with me about my first acrylic nail fail ????) overall I love this place and 100% will go again!!
I got this manicure 6 days ago. Me, my daughter and granddaughter all had appointments. We felt like we were taking up too much of their time as we were made to wait while they took care of other customers. They did offer to fix this for free but I have no time to do it before the event that I got it for. I spent almost 300 dollars with the tip. I think they are probably great with one person but I don’t think they left enough time for all three of us.
I usually don't do reviews but the professionalism, the care level i had too! I felt so appreciated. As well i got what i wanted and it came out beautiful! Thank you Kim! & for the amazing woman that did my pedicure it was AMAZINGGGGGG such a great experience!!!
This was my first time here and my first time with acrylic nails. Everyone was so kind and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful Kim is!!! She did such an amazing job on my nails and helped me find a design I love!!! Definitely excited for my next trip in!!!!
They do a great job. My 10 yr old daughter finds all sorts of fun designs online and brings in a pic and they always are great to replicate it. We love coming here for our mother daughter dates!
The employees here are super friendly and very good at what they do! They offer mimosas when you book a mani/pedi with them and very easy to ask them for opinions regarding skin tones and nail shades. I got powder acrylics with a partial extension when I went last for my wedding and my nails looked amazing! They were beautiful. I went on my honeymoon the next day and after one week, one of my nail tips broke off. It was a little upsetting, but the others held up really well! This is still a place I would go back to get my nails done again!
Kim is amazing!! She makes Pintrest dreams reality. My biggest issue is poor shaping and she does such an amazing job I don’t even pick at my nails anymore. I trust her image and process. 10/10 would recommend.
I went in to get a gel manicure. 1) they had an issue with my previous gel manicure stating it was a fake nail... it was not 2) did not file it straight or smoothed out my nails 3) picked out a dark color expecting it to be dark in my nails and it weren’t (see picture for reference) 4) there is still nail polish all over my fingers 5) they kept saying how beautiful it is and it clearly isn’t.
I paid $30 for this. Not going back.
