Never in A MILLION years would I wish my worst enemy to go to this salon. I went there, expecting to have a nice relaxing time. But boy was I surprised. The place was unsanitary, that should have been my first clue to walk out. They did my “pedicure” that lasted a total of 2 minutes from start to finish. They did not even push or cut my cuticles. The “massage” was not a massage at all, literally 2 seconds up and down on each leg. My friend that was with me got the deluxe pedicure. Oh boy did she get the deluxe treatment - this included them literally punching her foot like we were in the WWE wrestling arena. She left with three bruises on her legs from that “massage”. Next, we went on to get our nails done. I was hoping this would be better. She cut my nails too short, AND cut my fingers up as well. She did not do as I was hoping for, and the polish was messy and I left very upset. This was very discouraging because I really wanted to have my nails and toes looking their best, but instead I left embarassed and spent NINETY dollars on a service my three year old cousin could have done better. Now, I have to go spend more money for another salon to remove the awful nails and do them again. Never want to go back. My friend asked for cow print and look at the cowprint they gave her????

I got my nails done here they were nice but they couldn’t find the Color I wanted so they gave me a diff one it looks like a only got a clear polish on and they changed me and my mom $40 for it

I had the pedicure with gel nails! My mother and I went together and had the same thing done by the same person this evening... My mother's look really good.. I'm disappointed at the sides of my feet with the calluses. They have always came out smooth in the past.

So I did go to this place a while back to get some acrylics taken off because they were the only place open. It wasn't a bad experience but they charged me like $8-$12 for the removal. I think I remember looking at the pricing of their other services and everything seemed overpriced. Anyways, fast forward to today. I called and was trying to ask a simple question and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. I was asking her the pricing so that I would know and could make an appointment for Saturday evening. She was like "well, you call back Saturday" and didn't even answer my question and hung up on me.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was the only person in there and the one woman working on me. Well she was on the phone the whole time she did my pedicure. Pedicure lasted like 5 minutes then she started painting them with gel. It was everywhere and looked like a toddler had painted my toenails. It was awful. Will never go back there. I see why I was the only person in there. Terrible

Very sloppy. Plastic bag was not put all over the soaking tub and it was for two of us and for the two of us it was $60.00. Friend did not even get everything and she was done in about 15 minutes if even that. Mad cause We didn’t want gel. My goodness gel would have cost over hundred dollars. Before I got home it rubbed off one of my toes. Very loud when she talked. Anyway very disappointed will never set foot in there again. Go to Greenville. This place and roses is really yuck ????????

Came to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, I like that I was done under 10 minutes but upper chin was was done very sloppy and ended up with wax in my hair. Eyebrows aren’t what I usually do them like but they look okay, I will most likely get ingrown hairs with the razor she used.
