I came on Friday (today)to get my nails done and I showed the lady a photo and she changed it and said this would look better I think they could of just done what I asked for
The acrylic nails d good but some are big but that’s fine they look good
Bad customer service! In the beginning the person doing my nails was nice and as soon as i asked her if she could fix my nails that I had already spoken to her about she got mad and told me she was gonna remove it all. When I was paying her for her time and I would even double the cost if it meant I’d leave satisfied with the out come. Told me that I didn’t tell her there was something wrong when she had told me she was going to fix them in the end. I asked for French tips and all the nails were super thick, the shape wasn’t in the form I showed them, all 10 nails were uneven. In the end she removed the nail polish and I went home with no satisfaction of my nail appointment and her service. They made me pay 45 out of the 60 when I should have payed them nothing at all for wasting my time making me think they could do the job. If they told me to pay 20 understandable but they just left my nails beat up.
Super nice except the lady did not know how to do her job well. When asked if she can do a particular design she said “no honey”. After she started doing them she messed up and i pointed it out she said “sorry i can’t see well”. Overall she charged me an extra 20$ for 4 diamonds and it was not what i expected for my first time their.
My daughter wanted to get a set of nails, very last minute 5:45 pm on a Friday, she not only accepted my daughter but me as well! I had to wait a bit, but the owner stayed late and very gracious. It was very inexpensive and they look amazing. It was hectic, she was very calm and professional!!

They are the fuglyest nails ever. Wack dude I think it’s just the lady I think she’s a beginner tho but they are bumpy and cricked. Watch out for the lady with the really short hair. She’s dangerous.
It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had She did my pedicure super bad not what I wanted . “I always ge French and she can’t even do that “ never going there never . Please don’t go there and waste your money .
The owner is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. 2 times already has she scheduled an appointment for me and not kept it. I arrive on time being considerate of her time and as I'm arriving she is sitting other girls down and tells me to wait 30-45 minutes. If they can't value their customers then I don't ever wish to ever go back.
