What a terrific place to get my nails done. Every staff member was so nice and professional. The coffee bar was a nice touch even though they ran out of coffee cups for the coffee machine. The decor and equipment is modern and well maintained. Finally a nail salon that doesn't have nail dust covering everything! Everything is nice and clean. My nails look great!

So very disappointed. I had such a great experience with the friendly staff and upbeat atmosphere but unfortunately I will not be returning. I got my nails done barely even a week ago and the gel polish is peeling bad and my nails are lifting and breaking my actual nails. I don’t know if it was not applied correctly or just used cheap materials. I had good hopes for this place that I even booked my next appointment right away but now that’s not happening. I paid $75 (including tip) and I feel like it was not worth it given that the gel polish on my nails that I paid extra for didn’t last as long as my regular polish on my toes.

Love the staff here! Very professional nail work! They always give me inspiration for my nails! Huy is a master at his craft!

service was really poor, the nail tech an older guy was very rude, my first time there since Van and Christine sold the salon. The tech acted like he didn't want to be there at all and he couldn't care less about the quality of work, very

uneven thick layers, left product all over my fingers and fanned out which is everything I didn't want. I don't even know his name because he never introduced himself which is no big deal... but I have to say for $50 +tip for a gel set, it is the worst set of nails I've ever had. I haven't had my nails done in over a year and I won't be returning to Creative Nails in Weston. Disappointed in the whole experience But at least now I know...

I will start by saying that this place is amazing. People are beyond courteous and friendly. You feel welcome as soon as you walk into the door. Regarding their service, I can attest and assure it is second to none. I use to go to another nail place also located in Weston, which is were I met Mai (the owner of this place along with her husband). As may of us, when COVID happened I cut down non-essential services in order to reduce possible exposure and keep my family safe at home. When I returned, I was devastated by the news that Mai no longer worked there but I didn't want to be one of those people to pry, so as sad as I was, I didn't really asked what happened or where she was at. Less than three months ago, I was told that Mai had acquired a nail salon in Weston, so of course I had to check it out. WOW! I couldn't be happier. Her pedicures are the most amazing thing ever. Anyone can do a pedicure, well almost anyone, but her attention to detail and her incredible massages makes her top in every singe list. Mai is so attentive and she bends over backwards to make you feel that you are on top of the world. I used to do gel mani, but my nails are super fragile and they brittle and break with easy. So, she suggested me to try dip powder. I will confess I was hesitant at first, because I love everything to look natural. I have seen others do dip powder and their nails, for me, looked fake like acrylic nails, so I was not a fan. However, Mai made a believer out of me. She makes them look super natural, as gel polish does, and the best part it last two weeks with no problem. I tried extending them to three but my nails do grow pretty quickly and hate the see the growth, so two weeks is perfect. I read a comment someone was complaining about cheap product being used and I can assure you that is not the case. As with everything, if you do not take care of your things, things will break. I do not fully know the circumstances why to this particular client her mani and pedi lasted less than a week, but I can guarantee it was not due to a bad service or cheap product. What I can definitely agree with her is that she did state that the service was amazing. To her I would say, give the salon one more try and she will be able to confirm this salon does not penny pinch and buy nothing but the best for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon and can assure you all, you will love them too.

Best nail salon in Weston! Family run business, Ti is the owner and he’s such a fantastic person. The salon is super nicely updated, modern and very clean. A must try! Support small businesses!

Really enjoy getting my nails done here. It's been my go to for four years. They're clean, nice and so far it's been a great experience ???? Today, got my nails done by Tesha(I'm sure I mispelled her name ????‍♀️) had a great time and she made my little nuby nails look nice again ????

I had 3 different people come over to do my nails and I simply had a gel polish on. So there was alot of waiting around. The lady would start then mess up, another guy would come over and take off all polish and redo. This happens at least twice but as you know gel takes a long time to cure between coats. The design was an extra $10 for "crystals" and my 10year old could have accomplished this. Overall I felt that I over paid for such a bad job and wasted time.
