On 4/27/22 I called to schedule a shellac manicure with French tip at 4pm. I arrived on the dot and was not seen until 20 minutes later, which is pretty typical for them. I finally get seated and showed them a photo of what I wanted on my natural nails (navy blue, curved French tip with oval shaping). They offered for polish instead of shellac and I agreed. The person appeared to be rushed and it showed on my nails. The French tip thickness was not the same on all my nails, she did not complete the curve(there’s a gap), and looking closely the nail bed is not smooth (bubbling due to lack of proper buffing). They also did not have me soak my nails or remove the cuticles, which they usually do with a manicure. I was dissatisfied with the work done but sat through it and paid $30 for a job that was not even worth $15. I called them later when I got home to express my disappointment as I had been a loyal customer for years. Bill offered a refund (which I was not expecting) and I accepted. I arrived the next morning the next morning and showed him my nails. He said there was a miscommunication and gave me my refund. I appreciated it and said I would be open to scheduling a manicure again to get it right but he rudely put his hands up and said “you can take your business elsewhere.” I was shocked to be receiving treatment like that as I was polite through the whole encounter. He went on to say that the person that did my nails was the best and that anywhere else they would’ve done a bad job. I asked “you do not continue to schedule clients after you give them a refund?” And he said no. I was open to continue to give them my time and business however they turned away a good paying customer due to their own error. I would definitely not recommend them anymore.
Super friendly and we're able to get my mom and I within the 30 minutes I called. Got the dip nails done and they came out beautifully. They have lots of colors to choose from which was nice. Super friendly too. Highly recommend.
Creative nails always goes above and beyond in their guest service. I called 1 day in advance and they were able to get me set up with a pedicure and a fresh set of amazing dip nails! They have over 1,000 colors/varieties to select from. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
I’ve been going to Creative Nails for about a year now. Super happy with the service and the results! They are really good with availability, and focusing on giving you a great result while you are there. I’ve moved from gel/shellack to dip over my natural nails and my nails have never been longer, stronger or more beautiful.
Lynn does a fabulous job! The entire staff is meticulous on everything from cleanliness to detail to kindness♥️???? I will definitely be coming back.

This place has a good nail dip. They are always pretty busy, so call and set an appointment, and even then, they might get a 15 min wait. Pedicures are good and relaxing.
Met a wonderful group of people yesterday. Had a very nice time. Super clean, well laid out. They did a very good job on my Mani-Pedi. Highly recommend them
