I phoned up today and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Courtney.
I sadly have to admit I am not someone who frequents hairdressers regularly !
Due to my work in nursing sector I tend to scrape it back into pony tail .
Shop was lovely and fresh , staff friendly on entering .
Loved the big wooden table to sit at till taken through .
Courtney asked me what I would like , informed me colour wasn’t an option as I needed a 48 hr skin test
Appreciated they follow guidelines even though I wanted colour now lol
I was given a lovely head massage whilst having shampoo
Courtney and the other staff blethered away , no hard sell on products like some salons
I did purchase a product but that was left to me not pushed into it
I was given a lovely bag and some samples
Nice touch to add to the experience made you feel special

At last I have found a salon that does it right. Couldn't fault it. Very professional staff, cheerful and bright.. Full consultation at very start which I found very reassuring. Excellent service throughout. Very pleased with result. Thankyou Kevin.
I went in to get my hair cut for my birthday as a treat, I asked for soft shaping and to make my hair less heavy and more flowy. I only come to concept because it's the only place that hasn't messed my hair up until 2 days ago. I got zig zag cuts through my hair, my left side is almost an inch longer. She didn't shape the front of my hair at all so it doesn't blend with the rest of my hair. I have pieces of hair that haven't even been cut and are an inch longer than the rest. I have what looks to be a band or shelf of layers round the bottom of my hair and I noticed her looking at the difference in the lengths and giving up which was really sad. The customer service is always great here I'm just so sad and disappointed that I spent £32 to get my hair ruined for my birthday. And I'm sorry but my hair does not look like it's just come from the salon it looks in extremely worse condition than it did before??? So unhappy because all I wanted was shaping...

Wasn't bad service, lovely staff just feel the hair cut i receive wasn't good, fringe was squint and not level. Back and sides were all squint and chopped up looking and honestly what I asked for seemed to be ignore and was given what looks like a bowl cut around the ears. Comments made to me by family are saying I look like I was given the haircut of a monk. I dont think it was overly bad experience but I do feel hairdresser was rushing for her next appointment as seemed to want to get me out the chair and gone as soon as possible. I feel maybe shouldn't over book appointments if its going to effect how you do the job.
