Amazing experience for my wife who always goes to Tony for her nails he does an incredible job and makes her feel at home. She has got ‘em her nails done 5 times already and each time she gets Tony bc of how engaging and friendly he is !!!
We love classy nails. Our favorite nail Tech is the Asian male. He does the best nails and takes his time. He is very skilled and crafted at his job. He also as a great personality. When he does nail, it last up to 3 weeks without chipping.we always leave satisfied with his service. I wish I knew his name and next time I will ask for his name. He is the only male there. We plan to go back very soon.
I got the SNS nails done by Tony and he did a great job! I’ve had them for almost a month and they still look good!
I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 3 years and as of recent, they have been sneaking in prices for their services at the end when you have to pay. They are not informative with their prices when you ask for a service. The first time this happened a few months back, I asked how much the girl how much two stones would cost of my mail, she replied “Don’t worry about it.” I thought since I’ve been going there for three years now, I didn’t worry about it because I trusted her word. At the end, she added a $17 charge for the stones. I was told not to worry about it and still charged at the end, she could’ve been clear with the price up front. Today I asked for a manicure and when the lady was going to put the nail polish on, I asked for gel and she should’ve told me that it would be $20 on top of my manicure price which was $16 but instead she added the cost at the end when I had to pay. I could have just gotten a full set instead but because they were not up front with the prices, I couldn’t make an informed decision.
Horrible customer service. I live down the street and have never used this place before. It was a Monday with maybe one customer waiting. Person who was doing pedicure kept cutting me. I asked for someone else. Tony said they’re busy no one else is available. I left. Won’t be back. And never said Oh I’m sorry. Note to self: There’s a reason you never came here after passing it for 15 years.
Me and my daughter have been customers of Classy nails for years. Very professional place and the owners Tony and Cindy are very nice. We love it!

I have been coming to Classy Nails for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. I recently moved to Commerce and travel over an hour to get here but it is totally worth it. Even though I only get the basic mani or pedi, they never try to upsell me. They are the nicest people ever and will do whatever is needed to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your nails. It has been the same group of technicians for years, which goes to show you how great this company is. They have a customer for life, thank you Tony and Classy Nails!! :)
