I am new to the Georgia area and have been searching high and low for someone to do my brows and lashes ( I love tint and strips only), so I found this place and the reviews were pretty good. So, I went on and purchased their #2 combo. The service was great! They were kind and very friendly, however, they didn't leave the tint on long enough and when I asked for my lashes to be sealed at the bottom, she just applied more glue to the corners. It appeared that the tint would wash away as soon as I left, or be rubbed off in my sleep. I was right. The same night, just hours later, my eyelashes began to lift in the same corners where she applied more glue, by morning they were completely off. My eyebrows didn't even look like they had been tinted. I was really trying to give this place a chance as I needed a permanent spot to have these services done bi-weekly. So, I called today, which was the next morning, and explained what happened and asked if I could come back in. Lady asked for a picture of my eyes. ???? What would the picture show you? My eyelashes were on the pillow when I woke up. She said sorry, we don't offer any guarantee when you leave. I didn't see that posted anywhere. Instead, I kindly said thank you, I'll post my review online and go elsewhere. Nice people, but definitely an inability to retain customers. I won't go back.

Got henna and it was sloppily done showed picture and the lady said she could do it. Turned out horrible and I had to direct her and she did what she wanted and said her design is going to be better, and it was really bad. Wish I got my money back.showing what I wanted vs what I got with the pictures. I do like coming for eyebrows though.

Fav new place first time doing eyebrows threading and tinting love both but I’m in love with my Hanna

Service was horrible and my brows were uneven and a mess I highly recommend greenbriar mall . It is worth the distance . The lady that did my brows had a bad attitude and made me pay in the middle of the service . I should’ve known at that moment. Wanted my lashes done but after reading the reviews it’s not worth it .

I've been here several times, they've really been my go to in the past. SJ did an amazing job on my lashes and my full face thread!

I love the manager and his staff! This is the only place I go. Please book an appointment by phone and it will save you some time. Open 7 days a week.

I had my eyebrows theaded and tinted by SJ Today. She did a very good job and she's nice and patient. I will be going back. Check her out.
