Love this place been goin here since I was 15yrs ole, I'm now 34... The female owner & Jackie are the best on my nails and she kills it with my lashes. Highly recommended
Just started getting my nails done after about 10 years and they stress so amazing!!! I never have any issues, they give me what I want, and make great suggestions. Everyone is nice and even when is crowded I'm in and out in no time!!!
I purchased eyelash extensions, they were horribly placed and done in a rush. It was late when she was done, I was there 3 hours for mani/pedi/lashes. When I woke up the next morning the glue had fully hardened and my upper eyelid was glued together and painful. I returned to the salon to get them removed and refunded, where the guy was rude and refused. He stated it was the next day and wouldn’t refund it. They were ugly about a situation that was out of my control. I’ve been having my lashes done for 2+ years with no issues. Would not recommend.
Always nice and clean. I’ve had to wait before but they always make up for it.
Disappointed. Technician did not scrape my foot calluses although I requested. Manicurist did not paint my fingernails. When I asked why she didn't finish she just looked at me and said $49.00. I paid and left. Probably will not return.

I got my nails done by “Cute” or “Qute” on my second visit. A new & full set. By day 3, all my nails started coming off, both of my pinky fingers now have no nail bed or natural nail because she did not apply the acrylics right. They do not care about nail health whatsoever. Aside from my two pinkies, the rest of my nails are completely damaged & is going to takw months to heal. All my nails have been bleeding under the nail bed & I have major dents in my nail beds. I do not recommend this salon AT ALL. The customer service is awful. They do as they please without customer discernment. They will blatantly talk about you like you’re not there or don’t exist. City Nails does not even deserve a ONE STAR rating.
