I went on August 11th, I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails but she was fairly young. I asked for coffin, she didn’t tell me until after she finished my nails that she wasn’t going to do coffin. She sighed continuously while doing my nails, would stop to text back for more than just a few seconds, saw that she had messed up one of my nails, tried to file it for barely 30 seconds and just told me that i need to try to be more careful… right. She wasn’t blatantly rude or anything, just looked like she didn’t care to be there. I usually always go to Cindy’s for my nails but I’ll definitely be switching where I go
This was my first time into Cindy's nails. Both me and my friend got a full set of acrylics. I don't know the difference between gel or acrylics and no explanation was offered. The young gentleman that did my friends nails was very personable, talkative and friendly. On the flip side the gentleman that did my nails said nothing. No conversation at all....no "how are you", "good morning"....nothing. He never even smiled. It was so awkward and even my friend, after we left, made a comment about it and she was sitting on the opposite side of the room. I know not everyone is a chatty katty but jeeze...at least make your customer feel welcomed, thank them and maybe tell them to come back again........a smile, a good morning or how are you....cost nothing and is free to give out. Outside of this awkwardness the other staff was very nice and we both were pleased with our nails. I would probably return again but maybe request another technician so I don't feel that I'm interfering with his day or a burden for him at that moment. I tipped anyway.....and who knows....maybe he was having a bad day...if not I sure wouldn't want to use him on a bad day...lol
Cindy, Brian, Rose, the entire staff is fantastic. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I send all of my friends here too. They do an amazing job and the environment is very welcoming. Always a good conversation!
I get my nails and feet done here! Cindy does my nails (she does the best nails, anything you ask for - she can do it) and Tinh does my pedicures. They get the job done, I have no complaints :)) very friendly and personable staff!
