For the past three years I've been going to Charming Eyes. Never a negative experience. Yes, the wait can be long especially on Saturday which is why I started going after work on Friday. Even so, I've met and talked with really nice people while waiting. As mentioned by other reviwers there is a service charge for using a debit card. Current price is $14 for threading.

Ive been coming here since may 2022 and the owner does my eyebrows EXACTLY RIGHT EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!....LITERALLY!!!...yes there's a charge for using card machine ($3.75) and yes i do agree with other reviewers that she never opens on time with her hours of operation. She stated she travels outta her hometown NC to here on the days she works so im thinking that's why she's never on time. She's quick, friendly and skilled with threading.

I don't come on a every two week or so schedule....i come when i feel like its time to "freshen up" the brows and SHE STILL GETS IT RIGHT EVERY SINGLE TIME...i hope she stays here with her business esp KNOWING she comes outta NC every week to be here????

Moved here from MKE where there were multiple threading salons. There are only this place and the one in the mall I know of. The mall is ok it’s a toss of the coin. But this place I’ve never had complaints she does awesome work in a reasonable amount of time. Her hours are limited yes but she’s traveling between 2 salons. I’d recommend only going when you have an ample amount of time. Honestly though us women spend more time in a hair salon or a nail salon. I will gladly wait here knowing my brows are looking right!

When I tell you this place was popping, lord and it was just the one women doing it. She was super kind and omg it didn't even hurt, she also moves quick. Hands down the best hair removal I've ever had, I'm 100% going back and will gladly wait the 30 min.

Great job at threading, maintaining your natural shape. Threading last longer than waxing, and for me.. less pain. Atmosphere very basic, no frills, besides the wait, your in and out. Caterers to a variety of ethnic backgrounds and serves a diverse clientele.

They do an excellent job, but I can’t give 5 stars bc they are not dependable to open when their website or door sign says. I have sat there in the parking lot for 30 mins past opening time (many other women in parking lot waiting as well) and had to leave sometimes bc no one showed up. So, if you want to use them, I’d highly suggest going at least an hour past their posted opening time.

The best in the Upstate if not the entire SC/NC region. She’s absolutely amazing.

Pro tip: It gets packed! But it’s because she’s so good!

I am very particular about my eyebrows and after a few bad experiences with local salons, I decided to try Charming Eyes. Samitha is very accommodating and friendly. I expressed my concerns to her about wanting to keep my eyebrows thick and she was more than happy to oblige. The past salons I would go to would make my eyebrows too thin, and it interfered with my growth. Samitha made sure to only clean up my eyebrows and expressed to me that I should allow them to grow back fuller before coming back again. Def recommend.
