I go to Charm every 2-3 weeks. I’ll also get my eyebrows waxed here too!

I have tried so many nail salons in the area and I really think Charm is the best. They’re very clean and very talented and fast . They always are up on the current trends and strive to make you happy ! I find their prices to be fair too. I drive over 30 minutes, but it it worth the trip ! Below is a pic of my manicure today. We did a nude chrome mani. Perfect relaxing shade for me :)

Try Charm ! Especially if you’re from up north and struggling to find your tribe ! The staff here knows what they’re doing !

I just got my nails done here and I am in loveeee!! i waited around 20 ish minutes to get my nails done but the lady got straight to it! she constantly made sure that i liked everything and just the environment of the place was so lovely i felt so comfortable here! would most definitely recommend ????

Ashley is absolutely amazing!!!!! My nails are always perfect!!! I show her a picture of a certain design and she does it 10000000x better. Plus she is so fun to talk too and so genuinely sweet ❤️

Took my two small daughters to get their nails done. What was suppose to be a fun girls day of pampering was completely ruined. Both of my daughters under the age of 10 received gel polish. As I checked out my total was doubled from the prices off the sheet that I was given. When I asked questions in regards to this the management became extremely rude. None of the prices are ever the same when we come & that day almost everyone when checking out asked why their service was more than usual. Not to mention they tried adding their own tip on my card without my approval. A tip amount should be something the guest decides on not just added by the salon member. Gel polish also came off in two days! Definitely will not be back!

Customer service was horrible the man that did my pedi had an attitude about me wanting to change the color. Over priced way too much! They clipped my nails didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted I’m disappointed They were rude as well weren’t understanding and caught an attitude when I asked about the price. The owner even padded me on my back saying “so sorry about that”.

This was my first time here and I was not impressed. The lady that did my toes was extremely rude to my mom and I. I was in a mood after that. The lady that did my nails was so nice and she apologized for the lady that did my toes. I won't be back because of that. If you don't speak English that's fine but be nice.
