I would give them a 100 stars if I could. They are very professional and are very knowledgeable. I had a complete hair transformation. Not really knowing what I wanted I put myself in her very capable hand and she worked her magic. I LOVE my hair ❤❤❤

Shelly and everyone else at the salon are so incredible! Was the best dye (platinum blonde) I’ve ever gotten and we had so much fun throughout the whole appointment. They are all so knowledgeable and such a great place to be! Cannot recommend enough

had to wait a few days to get an appointment with Shelly, but, it was worth it. Have not had such an excellent cut in some time. Shelly took care and I didn't even recognize me when she was done. Recomend this salon 10 stars out of 5.

I had decided to make a change from the hairdresser I had been going to for several years. Shellie at Chanel's was referred to me by a friend. I got a haircut which I am very happy with. Shellie was so sweet, friendly and professional, I felt completelty confident in her ability. I will be returning to Chanel's to have my hair cut and colored.

The owner of Chanel l, Shelly does fantastic job of on my hair. I live in San Francisco, my Dad lives in Thousand Palms. I get my hair cut every time I visit my Dad. I have stopped going to salons in San Francisco. Shelly has very reasonable prices and a warm, caring personality. I highly recommend Shelly, Chanel Hair Salon to anyone that wants a great hair cut.

Araceli is so wonderful. My child was so scared of getting hair cuts and she was so patient and kind with him. Now my child asks to go get his hair cut. The atmosphere is great and she gives everyone attention. Fantastic person and wonderful work ethic. Great prices and amazing work. We are her loyal clients now.
