I take my daughter to get her eyebrows out, the lady who was going to attend to her tells me give me a minute while I finish here. Ok no problem, while I wait I see that she is finishing a pedicure, she goes to the register with her gloves on and charges the person. She returns and begins to clean the seat where she did the pedicure, she uses disinfectant detergent and everything. I, ok fine, but then I see that she enters the room to work with my daughter and she was going to touch her with the same gloves. I tell her, hey, she could at least change her gloves, because she just finished a pedicure, charged, and cleaned the seat, and with those gloves, she's not going to touch my daughter's face. The Mrs. she gets upset and she tells me I washed them. And I, wow, well notice that she is supposed to wash her hands with each client and wear new gloves. That thing to wash the gloves is not done. These people want to be so economical that they make incredible pigs. They will know that I paid but zero tip for dirty.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came here with my sisters while we were in town and received the best service ever! My youngest sister got her eyebrows waxed ($6) and was finished in less than 10 minutes, plus they looked great! All three of us got manicure and pedicure services. The paraffin wax soak is to die for!
The staff here treated us with respect and service was very prompt - we were there only a little over an hour for eyebrow shaping, body waxing, and mani/pedi with gel color!
Had to coach my nail tech on the steps of SNS. Nails came out bubbly and extremely uneven. Don’t waste your time or money.
Save your time and money...go somewhere else.
I went there for a SNS set and a pedicure, I normally go somewhere else but decided to try a new place...big mistake.
I was planning to have a deluxe or fancy pedicure but was never offered any extra services. I told the technician that I had gel and he didn't pay attention so he rushed the pedicure, I had to keep asking to pay attention to the details.
Finally, we go to do the SNS and he took his sweet time to come to the nail table. I had to keep asking to pay attention to the details, and told him to clean the corners, under the nails and he just won't do it. I showed him that the SNS was already coming out and he offered to do an extra code, which wasn't going to help.
I left, looked at my nails in more details and they where really bad. The SNS wasn't smooth and very uneven. Then I decided to call and asked for my money back and I was told by the manager that she needed to see the nails. So, I drive back and she gave me two options; first to get the next set for free with a different person or take them off right there. I already spend 3 hours there and I don't want to spend more time there.
Well, at the end I just sit and spend another 20 min to take them off.
They were rude and the manager claimed that is wasn't fair for him because he took his time. I asked, what about me? what about my time and my money?
Five stars for my best nail technician Tommy I follow him everywhere he goes he always makes me feel welcome and my nails always come out looking runway-ready! See you soon!
My pedicure was great . The tech who did my manicure was awful. She was rude the while time,and she was rushing . She yelled at me for telling her about problems that needed to be fixed. She kept telling me to relax. She filed my skin with her nail file . She burned me with her e-file ,u told her she was hurting me and she didn't care. She just kept going . She left a piece of nail tip on my right ring finger nail with no acrylic covering it . She also said a very unwelcome comment . She said " You know the reason you can't relax ? It's because you always worry.". Thay comment was super rude. I told her before hand that I have a medical condition that causes me to have shaking and twitching in my hands. She didn't even say " I'm sorry " for hurting me with her fe ,and the very ride comment . I paid good money to treated rudly . I left very upset after my service there. Which is supposed to be a relaxing thing .
I’ve been going here for over 10 years and love the shop and all are so friendly especially Katie and her Mother and Sally. They were great with my 94 yo Father too! Also lots of friends who go! Great shop!
Love this place ! They always do a beautiful job on my nails. Katie is wonderful. Have been going here for years. Excellent work and friendly service.
