What a gem ???? Amazing small CLEAN friendly, warm and inviting shop. Simplicity and efficiency is the order of the day. Owner/operator is on premise and is both engaging and friendly. From start to finish my service took just 3.5hours????. Which included me leaving and going to grab some hair at a nearby beauty supply‼️The fastest most beautiful lady whipped my (medium/ back- length)braids hunty to LIFE????‼️She braided so fast I didn't even get a chance to "nod" out???????? Trimmed and dipped to perfection‼️‼️???????? BEST experience I have had EVER in 35 years of wearing braids. I recommend everybody go here they are really good at doing dreadlocks, single braids, box braids whatever you need. It’s a great atmosphere everyone is friendly it’s professional very clean. I go here and get my single braids and I just love them they are so neat. I’ve been to several braiding shops in Phoenix and this right here is the best one. cita an ms.b do a awesome job with braiding. And the other ladies do an awesome job with dreadlocks.

I moved here from Atlanta. Been searching for a good place to get my hair braided. It was done fast and I love it.

I have been coming here because of a particular lady who knows what she’s doing. The prices the owner charge is ridiculous because l only have a front lock. But l was ok because the lady always does a good job. I went there about two weeks ago and thought my appointment was with the same lady. But it was not, instead it was with this money hungry angry woman. I wanted for twenty mins before she came to the appointment. I told her the last time l came l paid $80. This lady became angry and said no. She wanted to charge me more. I refused and stated the amount l was willing to pay. I told her l was willingly ready to leave and go somewhere else. The other lady told her the price l always do my hair. We agreed to the price or l thought we did agreed to the price and that was final.

After the lady was done, l gave her my card and did not realize this greedy woman went back and charged me the original price we never agreed upon. She stole from me. I am going to be filing a fraud claim with my CC against her and the owner. She should have let me walk away if she was not ok with the negotiated amount instead of going back to steal from me the amount that was not agreed upon.

Deep down l was scared that because of the money issue the lady was angry and won’t do a good job.

My fear was confirmed after less than two weeks my locks looked nothing like l did it. All the locks fell apart.

There are other establishments that will do a better job on your lock. STAY AWAY.

This is by far the best place in the area to get dreadlocks done. Very reasonable price and my hair comes out looking amazing. The music is also pretty cool. I highly recommend this place!

This is not what I asked for. It looks nothing like the picture. It was a rushed lazy job due to me comming in @ the end of the day. And then tried to convince me it was right. And the business did nothing to rectify the situation. You have lost a faithful customer due to your total unprofessionalism and tried to charge me 150 for that. Never again!

I was recommended this place by Najib at NYCe cuts barber shop on union hills. This place is great. The environment was friendly and the music was awesome. The service was reasonably priced. The ladies braid quickly (important on a 3 year old) but neatly. I will be going back for future braids. Thank you ladies.
