Well I thought this would be a good experience. We brought our pup to take pics with Santa. Groomer seemed very nice. Reviewed the Facebook page read good stuff. I called to make an appointment today the person who answered the phone was very stern and rude. I was very warm in my request for an appointment. I was actually excited and was sorely disappointed. If she was talking to me a human like this I don’t have confidence you will care for my pup. Very sad, the owner was very warm at the Santa event. If she was the one who answered phone this is sad. If she wasn’t the one who answered still very sad. Hire people with better phone etiquette.

I have been taking my dogs there for years. It is a wonderful place and my pets love it. Everytime we go, Tucker jumps on the sofa and makes himself at home. Ms. Bonnie does a great job and truly loves all her clients.

This is the only groomer I take my coco to. She does an amazing job, and she always gets coco right in.
The owner is very professional. She is really good with my dog....very attentive. Being a dog owner herself, she established a great relationship with my Zeus or Zeusy as she calls him.

I’ve been here 3 times and they’re always great! My dog smelled better than me ???????????? The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. I wanted my dog short all over instead of the Schnauzer cut because it gets matted. She did great!
