People give this place really bad reviews. I've gone there twice when my usual nail salon was closed. Did pretty good coffin nails. Only complaint is price. I paid 80 bucks for these but usually I pay 55 at another place. But they were fast and I like the shape. Good for a quick set. Also, the guy really did make sure to get the shape even and similar, which is a plus.
My nails design is cute but i left with acrylic all over my fingers, and I was charged $50 for maybe a five minute pedicure that consisted of a rushed gel polish job, less than 1 minute soak and lotion lathered on and wiped off with a hot towel. Another lady who was with the other technician had sat down for a pedicure when I came in to do my nails and was barely starting on the polish when I walked out the door. On top of that they weren’t even busy. For $100 I just think I could have had better service, at least with the pedicure.
I paid for my nails 120.00 and my lines are off. She filed my thumb nail after it was complete and it looks scratched. The black is barely coded. Didn't give me time to look at it. Got home then seen all the mess ups.
The pedicure came out pretty, but the process was painful. During the acrylic manicure I asked a couple questions about my nails and the nail tech ignored me but would talk with their coworker in another language, even though they spoke English (they told me to go wash my hands, what color I wanted, etcetera). The process was rushed & the acrylic nails stuck upward, they looked a bit strange. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I recently visited a different salon and had a much better experience with a nail tech who was kind, used quality products and made my nails look fabulous. I think reviews may help to make positive changes within organizations, so that’s why I’m reviewing this, not to complain.
We saw the prices on their pricing sheet and were expecting to pay $25 for both our nails.

We both ended up paying way more than the pricing stated. We tried to make conversation with our nail girl and guy and they didn't really speak to us. They just spoke to each other.
This is one of the first nail salons I've been to that upcharges everything and DOESN'T offer water or proper customer service.
They didn't properly clean our nails and cuticles and the manicure isn't an actual manicure. They just put on the color on and send you off.
I asked for dip on my natural nails. She didn't want to do the dip powder she said it bubbles. That she would do clear dip and put gel over it. I never heard of that but gave it a chance..She did 1 layer of dip and put gel. She charged me 50.00 for "dip" nails but this is what I'm left with. It as just peeling off. I will never ever go back. ????
I've been going to this nail salon for just about a year. Today was the crazy. I walked in and the owner who does my nails said can I help you and told her I need a new set and she said no openings and she's all booked up. I asked her could I make appointment and she said they don't make appointments!?! She looked at me like I wad a stranger as if she did not recognize me. I guess I shoul not be surprised, I've seen her talk to potential customers that walk in telling them no time or to busy. r way she was rude as hell
I am travel nurse , from a big city it’s difficult to find a walk in nail salon here. So I called this place and she said they take walk ins. I do not know where to start. The main tech is rude , bad attitude. The shop is dirty , bathroom terrible , the pedicure (they don’t even line the basins with plastic) was a rushed shop , my 8 year old could have done better. The walls are dirty. They don’t have powder acrylic or dip, just gel polish. Instead of apologizing for not having those options she told me I could go by Albertson’s that they do it there. My total was 85.00 which was very cheap for what I’m used to. She states they don’t do credit card tip , I felt terrible ! I don’t keep cash … I told daisy (the nice one) I would bring a tip back. It was raining I hurry signed them receipt and left. The rude one charged me $92. So they got there $7 tip. I was furious but hey I should have looked at the receipt , I don’t live here…, so watch your receipts ! They will get you !!!!! This place will close down soon .. if not then I feel bad for the ladies that feel like they have no options but to go here !!!!!
