The owner herself is good, but she has poor customer service. She was busy one day when my mother came in to use the service she referred her to another woman in the shop. The woman made my mothers eyebrows penciled in and not just cleaned up as my mother had requested. my mother was preparing to get ready for my sisters wedding and the eyebrows were not good. My mother actually began to cry while in the shop because she was so frustrated about how bad her eyebrows were the owner just thought they were dumb found it didn’t say sorry offer to re-fund the money or anything to rectify a long-standing customer’s disappointment. We haven’t gone back since. Doesn’t matter how skilled you are. Customer service is everything. Also being apologetic to a client who one of your workers jacked up is key to now she’s lost clientele of entire female family.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here for my eyebrows earlier today, the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She had an attitude soon as i walked in , she yelled at me & told me to sit. While doing my eyebrows she made them very thin after i told her i did NOT want them thin. This place has VERY bad costumer service & i WILL not be back here again!!!!! She is very lucky i did not get out of character with her. Treating costumers like this is very horrible. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!
DONOT GO THEREEE!! The lady is extremely rude. I had grown out my eyebrows for months just for her to thread them under 1-2 minutes with a very thin shape that was very unflattering on my face and they didn’t look like one another at all. All my family and friends commented on how bad they looked. I brushed her rudeness aside for a long time and kept giving her a chance but this is my last straw. Don’t go to her.
Lady with glasses red temples, black front is very rude. Pointed to board on how thin my mom wanted eyebrows (shes still stuck in the 2000s eyebrows lol) and lady had attitude said "eyebrows will only be two hairlines" when my moms gotten them done here before by another lady. Tried to explain and lady walked off mid sentence. Has really bad attitude that will cost the place money because there wasn't a rude exchange from us and if the request isn't out of this world and we're paying money why does it matter how she wants her eyebrows.
Do NOT go there! I had a HORRIBLE experience. I went to get my brows threaded and the young lady was annoyed that I would not put my purse on the floor. She even went as far as to ask me if I don't put my bag on the floor at my house. Like, excuse me? What I do at my house is none of your business. I said what I said. I'm not putting my bag on the floor and that's on periodttt. Then she was annoyed when I asked her to sanitize her hands. When I was leaving, she told me I was very rude. No booboo, YOU are the rude one. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. This is by far my worst experience ever. I'm never going back.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! She threaded a patch of my eyebrows and didn’t say anything. Very rude, racist, and unprofessional I don’t understand how this place still has 3.9 stars it’s gone downhill. She don’t care abt what she do or say, especially having bad reviews it says a lot about this place and she need to check herself.
Rinky is always pleasant and welcoming. She treats you as if you are part of the family. In all the years that I have had my eyebrows done, she by far does the best job. I have never left there dissatisfied! Have and would highly recommend her services to friends and family.
I’ve gone to see two ladies since I’ve been coming here for about a few years now; Rinky and Sibel. Both very professional, friendly workers. Turned disastrous eyebrows into master pieces. This is no exaggeration.
I also firmly believe that the people leaving bad reviews oughta get off their own disrespectful and needy high horse.
