I called up to this establishment to have my nails cut down. It was stated that it would cost $10 for straight only. A young lady cut down my nails with her drill afterwards she files them straight across and gets and attitude because I asked her to shape the corners because they were sharp. She hands me the file and tells me to file them myself. I said no I’m asking you to shape them for me because they are sharp from your drill. She then jumps up turns off the light and says your service is free. I stated I came in for a service to pay and you’re not fulfilling the service. My nails are not filed and are sharp at the edges. I asked for someone else to shape my nails and she says no one will do that for you. So I stayed seated in the station I was at. This lady then calls the police and states that I was bullying and threatening her to do my nails when I never came off as irate or violent. I just sat at the station asking for the service we agreed upon. I come here often for services and never experienced this from a worker here. I do not recommend this place they are rude and have nasty attitudes. The manager never came after I asked to speak to one. When did it become okay to mess up a customer nails and then say your services are free. I am beyond angry to have experienced this.
Walked into this business from the back entrance, so I walked past at least 4 different nail techs and was not greeted by any of them. Since they all had clients, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then I sat at the front of the salon for 15 minutes and still no one greeted me or asked what service I was there for. Even after one of the nail techs walked to the front desk to get a UV light from behind the counter..
Not a good experience. Both my toe nail polish and nail dip started chipping after 3 days. I usually go up the street or Bloomfield nails and spa where they don't reuse tools for your pedicure the top coat they use is top quality. Bliss nails definitely disappoint me because I'm used to gel and powder lasting about 2-3 weeks.. Not 2-3 days!

Absolutely love Bliss, I've been getting my nails done for severals years by Linda and/or Lynn. I highly recommend either one of them.
I just nails done and in 2 days notice that my nails were lifting. I was able to pop them off whole smh. Got out the shower and the polish off one my toes were off. I got the dipping powder and regular polish on my toes. Maybe the products were old idk but $75 wasted. This was my first and last time going there, I went with a friend that goes faithful.
I went in for polish removal. The tech completely destroyed my nails. I will have to wait for them to grow out before they can be presentable, polished or otherwise. Some areas still had base coat, others had been buffed down so much that they left divets in my nails. When I asked him what could be done to correct the problem, he offered no solution and told me I complained too much. He also attempted to square off the tips (which I had asked them to leave alone) and didn't even do them well, so that I had to cut my nails all the way down when I got home.
Excellent nail tech Linda never disappointed.her work always 100%. She is as pleasant as her work. The salon always clean and comfortable. Love the spot.
