Overall an excellent experience.
Great service, food, and drink. Lovely surroundings and the restaurant was full, so lots of people loving Billy Hundreds Fish n Tapas.
We weren't rushed or hurried in any way.
One drawback, because there's an opportunity for al-fresco dining is the lack of an entry for wheelchairs. Also aged and the ambulatory disabled have to climb several steps to get to Billy Hundreds Fish n Tapas.
Well worth making the effort, though.
Good vibes at this restaurant, tapas food was tasty and delicious. Enjoyed the rum battered sea bass fish and cornish sardines.
The desserts Churros and white chocolate cheese cake made locally was delicious too. Just right amount of sweetness.
The local Gold wakering ale went well with the food.
Staff happy and welcoming.
Catered for all needs.
Restaurant was clean and tidy.
Would go back again for sure...
Reserve a table if going, due to its popularity....
This is an absolute gem of a restaurant. I live in London so I am spoilt for restaurants but this place stands up to any of the fish tapas places in London. Fantastic location - on the beach, away from the tourism of Southend. I loved it so much I ate there three days in a row. You need to book at busy times.
Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived, with the very friendly, warm, welcoming staff and their brilliant service.
The food was some of the best tapas style food that we had ever tasted. We wouldn't hesitate to order any one of the dishes we had again, and all with a lovely sea view. We'll deffo be visiting again when next in the area. Thank you all.

Hoping to go back. So glad I booked , how special to have scallops for breakfast, while taking the air and enjoying the view. Can highly recommend and I am not being strange when I tell you have to check out the toilets.
Took a chance on a long walk for the reviews. Was worth it, food was really top class. Book ahead advised, we were lucky to get one of the last tables.
A Southend gem that doesn’t look like a great deal from the outside, but the reward is brilliant fish tapas that you won’t find anywhere in Southend. Arrived for an early lunch, really friendly staff who explained the menu, and then we ordered most of the menu because it all sounded amazing (don’t come starving - you’ll do the same!). Lots of great small plates, variety of flavours and some classics done incredibly well. Booking is probably normally recommended.
Had a lovely breakfast.
Friendly staff .
Very good sausages.
Good portion size.
