This place is special. I've walked past it many times on my way home and it's always packed. So on my day off I decided to head there. Boy I was not disappointed. We opted to go for the hash. I had the farmhouse and my girlfriend had the Irish. Both were amazing, well cooked and filled us up for the whole day. The staff were super friendly and my girlfriend had the best mocha she had ever had there. I would say the only down point was the table layout, little bit cramped.
Platos abundantes y realmente deliciosos. Sin embargo tardaron mucho en atendernos y luego la comida tardó prácticamente 1 hora en estar en nuestra mesa! En fin, escogimos un mal día? Si no tienes prisa y gozas de buena paciencia, entonces ven a Billie’s, la comida es estupenda.

Food delivery was disgusting, with the person who packed it misunderstanding a key item of the menu, a peanut butter milkshake, with a tub of peanut butter!
Food was so oily both people who ordered it gave up, too much cheese too. Congealing into a mass with the so called 'hash' that they slopped out.
Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. If I could un eat the half of food I just ate I would. I still might.
Have visited a few times following raving reviews from friends. Honestly, I thought the food was not great for the price. The menu is quite old fashioned and way too much carbs upon carbs. the staff are lovely and the space is really nice. Wish they’d update the food a little so it’s a wee bit healthier. Otherwise it’s worth a try
A little pricey, but really good healthy and hearty cafe food. A fruit tea, eggs Benedict and home-made hash browns was £8.70 for me. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
È una piccola perla dove fare brunch se siete a Brighton. Ormai siamo diversi anni che andiamo da Billie’s quando visitiamo la città. Il locale è molto piccolo ma estremamente popolare, pertanto è probabile che si debba aspettare in fila per avere un tavolo, ma vi assicuro che ne vale la pena. Personale gentilissimo e alla mano, porzioni abbondanti e e prezzi più che onesti. Il Farmhouse hash è delizioso, così come i loro milkshake. Non potrei consigliarlo abbastanza!
It's not a greasy spoon but the fried breakfasts are a bit different if you want to be adventurous. We had two farm house breakfasts with melted cheese on top. A traditional English and sausage sandwich and drinks £45 30. Quirky but worth the visit
