Omg HORRIBLE NAILS THE FIRST DAY I WENT GOT THESE NAILS DONE SAME STYLE I GOT THEM LONG THEY ALL BROKE OFF THE NEXT DAY SHE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THEN I CAME TO REDO SHE ASK ME FOR $10 I COMPLAINED SO SHE DID THEM FOR FREEE AND THIS WHAT I GOT SOME NAILS WAS SHORTER THAN THE OTHER SHAPED WAS ALL MESSED UP NEVER EVER AGAIN AND THE PAINT CHIPS OFF EASILY

This woman is on the phone working on my feet with one hand. It's not bad enough she does Shabby work as it is. Now it's even worse. And every time I get my nails done here it never fails, a few pops completely off.

They spoke very little English. I got a mani and pedi. She asked what colors for my fingers and didn't let me pick for my toes. She assumed I wanted the same color. The service was ridiculously priced, it ended up being $79. Neither my finger nails or toe nails looked very good. The edges and corners of my nails weren't painted. She didn't put on enough layers so the polish is see through. I won't be going here again.

This place is so unprofessional. My nails didn’t last but two days and they was popping off. I called them and they said I had to pay. After arguing on the phone, they agreed to redo them and had nastiest attitude when I arrived. They made me wait 2 hours for one broken nail. The manager didn’t even use the same color. I won’t dare go back

I only use Tina, she does a great job. She’s the only one who speaks English.

They rush and do not do a good job at all. Wouldn’t recommend. I would only recommend Tina.

They know what they're doing! I have been to many places and a lot of the times they charge more than what I asked for and ended up with horrible nails and breaking within a week after having them done. My mom and I tried this place for first time due to being new resident in Louisburg. We love the friendly atmosphere and they answered our questions and welcomed us, did what we asked. They did a gorgeous job and price is actually cheaper than what we have been paying at other place that wasn't any Gel at all. Will be their new regular customer

The biggest thing I can reccomend to someone is to NOT waste your money at this nail salon. I came in for a full set with gel polish. The tech applied the wrong color and then wanted to tell me that it was the one I picked. I did a side by side with the color palettes and it was an obvious color difference (light vs dark). My nail shape looks terrible and none of my nails are the same length.

And yet, she still charged me $40 for the terrible work she did. I now have to go to another salon to have it completely redone.

Save yourself time and money; just go elsewhere.
