Wondering if they've changed ownership since 2020? My experience used to be really enjoyable, good energy throughout the spa and available nail technicians. Yesterday's wait time was in excess of an hour for a pedi yet no one gave an estimate of wait time. Is this our new service industry post pandemic?
On a good note the Technicians did appear to be focused and attentive to clients with whom they were working, folks receiving services appeared relaxed as they were being pampered and my cousin reported a good experience as she commented admirably on her nail techs red bottoms. I opted to not receive services and will scout out one of the other multiple nail salons in Tracy.
I've been going for years. Always consistent no matter who I have. People are nice and listen to me and my wants. Very relaxing and I usually do a walk in. So no appointment needed. But you may have to wait. (I don't mind waiting 20 mins most days)
Absolutely amazing I have been going there with my mom and its been super fun! I usually get Vivian (she is absolutely stunning with her work) but the other workers there are very good as well. The couple pedicures that I have gotten have been very nice. I mostly go for my nails but I'm never disappointed after each visit. If you want great quality nails go to them. ❤
Gel pedi barely lasted a week & the guy wouldn’t cut my nails short after asking him to do so twice.
He pretended like he did until it was awkward for me to ask again. He rushed through the pedi & gave me superficial compliments.
I later called to ask for the gel redone ($10 extra cost) the “manager” refused after talking back and forth in their language. Said I would have to pay again if it was after 3 days- again this was a gel pedi.
It was nice inside but I had to wait an hour for a full set as I was getting my nails done a lady walks in to make an appointment and they tell me okay we’ll put you down and she leaves and they start talking about her saying she doesn’t need it everyone does pedicures she can just wait when she gets here. And my nails looked nice the next day one comes off it just popped off and then 3 days later another 2 come off. Never coming here again
I come here every two weeks or so to get my eyelash extensions, pedicure, & gel manicure. Vivian is the owner & is absolutely amazing at my eyelashes & eyebrows. My nails & feet vary from person to person. For some reason Vivian has never done my nails & I've noticed she does a great job. Most of the technicians do good work but there's one male & a lady that do not. My nails grow very long & are very healthy, but when the man does them I'll get a crack or two. It's frustrating because it takes time for the natural nail to grow back. Jenny & this younger lady are my favorites. They get a 5 out of 5 & so does Vivian. I absolutely recommend them!????????????
Jenny, my manicurist is wonderful, she knows how I want my nails done. She's friendly and professional at the same time. I recommend this nail salon.
So let me first off say this used to be my go to place for about 3 years! I always saw Michelle (she no longer works there). Well I visited after about a year now the whole place is remodeled and it looks very nice BUT a pedicure used to be $20 dollars. A pedicure now is $27 and that's just for a basic. I also got a Acrylic Shellac manicure. $40 bucks!! So they did a reno and the prices got hiked up really high. Thankfully I had around $55 on a gift certificate so I didn't have to pay much extra but that is ridiculous. Now the man who did my toes was very personable and friendly and I enjoyed that and they turned out OK. Not the best I ever had. The lady that did my acrylic manicure not so much I left there looking like I needed a fill already and my right thumb bleeding with a glob of gel hanging off. Overall I will not be returning. THANKFULLY I called around and located my old gal Michelle at Top Ten Nails in Tracy. I will only be returning there for my nail services. This place has become to expensive and my nails didn't come out well. My girlfriend made the appointment for 9am so that we could sit next to each other and enjoy and they were not having it I had to sit like 3 chairs down. She saw Bill and said he did a excellent job though. I would not recommend this place at all.
