3 generations plus me had a very fun experience at Bella nails. MIL, stepdaughter, granddaughter and I got mani-pedis and the staff had 4 pedi chairs waiting for us. MIL and granddaughter got manis in their pedi chairs, while stepdaughter and I were moved to the mani tables for my gel nails and her hot wax dip and polish. Its been two weeks and my gel toes and nails are still going strong.
We had a great time and will definitely go again when we are in Redding. (And they are open on Mondays!)
I had a great experience today with Andrew as my nail technician. I made an appointment online, got there a few minutes early and was taken right in. I was given time to pick my nail color which was great. Andrew was very friendly and gentle with my nails. He did a great job with my fill and color. The last place I went to they left the acrylic very thick and I don't like that at all. Andrew filed my nails to the length and shape I wanted and the acrylic isn't all thick and nasty. I'm glad I chose to go back to Bella Nails, it had been a long time.
Paid for my girlfriend to get her nails done here and the girl who did her nails (pretty sure she was the owner) did a terrible job and drilled a couple of her nails down so far that there was divots and made her bleed in multiple spots. I always support local businesses and try not to bring them down but there is no excuse for this kind of service.
115.00Well I was very disappointed dropped my daughter off at 4 for nails and pedicure (made appointment day before) and they didn't START HER NAILS TILL after 5 pm AND THEN when I went to pick her up they said they weren't aware of a pedicure so when I got there at 6:30 I asked them why they made her wait soo long if we came IN AND MADE APPOINTMENT no answer so I had to wait while they dud a pedicure!! Grrrr my daughter was there for 3 hrs and 15 minutes and they CHARGERED ME FULL PRICE WOW THE NEEVE OF THAT. That is sad costumer serve.
Will never being going back here. The man that did my nails had messed them up twice and then I had got my nails done and the paint began to bubble and come off. I had went back a while later and asked them to fix it and if they would fill them for 10$ less since they had messed my nails up. The lady was very rude and started laughing with the other workers there and making fun of me. VERY unprofessional. Will only be going to fancy nails.
I love that I can walk in and get an acrylic set/fill with no appointment and not have to wait. They are very professional and a joy to work with. I've never had a bad set here and I love my nails everytime. They give advice on what would look best and you can tell they know what they are doing. Jonny and Tim are the two that have worked on my nails and I've had a great experience with both. Great attention to detail. The prices can't be beat either.
Johnny, Johnny, Johnny….. What a horrible, RUDE technician. First off, when I said hello to him and asked how he was doing, he ignored me, didn’t make eye contact, and said nothing at all in response. He is a muscular guy and he uses his strength as a weapon!! He was SO ROUGH! I even told him he was super rough, but he didn’t care. He works with such speed and so aggressively, that nail fragments and debris were literally flying in the air and even alllll over his own shirt. I’ve never witnessed such a gruesome, messy, mean nail technician who literally couldn’t care less. He was watching his phone and barely glancing at my nails in between whatever video he was watching. It was so aggressive that I was sitting on the edge of my seat - afraid!! - the whole time. I was worried he was going to hurt me. AND HE DID. He filed my skin in several places and my hands are now covered in rough scaly patches where he filed them with the roughest pumice. OUCH ???????? NOT OK.
And look at the end result?? I have never seen such jagged, rough, uneven, ugly nails in my life. They are horrid!!! I’m so embarrassed!!! I will need to have them corrected ASAP, which isn’t cheap! My pedicure was fine, with another technician. But for the pedi and the WORST fill of my life it was $75 + tip. So, I spent $100 and still have to have them redone ASAP.
Not cool, Johnny. It is clear that you HATE your job. Guess what??? You can do something else. Quit taking your resentment over your career choice out on your customers and get a job elsewhere doing something you actually want to do. No one is forcing you to be a nail technician the rest of your life. Treating clients with such disrespect is simply not the answer, kid.
Grow up!!
The staff is always incredibly rude, they were rude about me making an appointment online. Saying “they don’t use online booking”. Then when I showed them they said the owner can’t figure out how to get rid of it. They asked me if I could come back an hour later so I left and went somewhere else a lot cleaner and nicer….
