Azi is the nicest lady. Very patient with me as I was not very good at holding still while she did my eyebrows. She did the most wonderful job. I never had eyebrows naturally and she gave me beautiful ones and I just love them. I highly recommend her.

Love this salon! Azi and Kristen are the sweetest. My hair was so damaged and she managed to give me a cute cut that made it look and feel healthy again. Thank you ❤️

Terrible customer service at this place. If you don't have an appointment, do NOT waste your time to go there!

I am not from this area and I am used to a salons, that provide services like eyebrow threading, to be able to see you with no appointment necessary. I saw this place had amazing reviews and was close to where I was so I headed over.

Eyebrow threading takes about 10-15 minutes to do and I have no problem waiting if I came to a salon if I did not have an appointment.

I arrived, no one was at the front desk and I saw a woman washing her clients hair and I mentioned I was here to get my eyebrows threaded. A woman walks from the back of the salon, I told her the same and she asks if I have an appointment. I told her I did not and I found the place on Google. She tells me that the person doing eyebrows just started her hair appointment and will be unavailable for the next 2 hours and if I can come back later. I explained to her that this place was far from me and that I wouldn't be able to make it back later that day. The woman at the front desk says, "Oh sorry, you have to have an appointment." No solution, just a dismissal.

I ended up going to Gypsy iBrows in New Port Richey and they saw me immediately AND my brows came out PERFECT ????

A salon usually has more than ONE stylist available so it was disappointing to read all the great reviews and not have a good experience.

Make sure you get on Azi’s schedule! She does an amazing job every time I get my eyebrows threaded. Quality work, very thorough.

Azi is the best at eyebrow threading and hair!! I will always choose to go to her! Up dos, color, cut, you name it she is the best! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and if came out more perfect than I could have imagined. Prices are reasonable and everyone there has such a great energy! You can tell she cares and loves her clients and staff. I would recommend her to anyone!!

I’m new to Spring Hill and was searching for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Staff was friendly but I am not happy at all with my eyebrows… she barley threaded them then slapped the dye all over my skin then had to use force to try and get the dye off my skin which did not come off!! Now I have to drive down to new port richey to have them fixed! I do not recommend this place to anybody for eyebrows! She did a horrible job! Now I have to pay again to have them fixed!

Every experience is amazing. The staff is wonderful and you can’t help but relax and enjoy the time spent there. Love, love, love this place!!!!
