I had a shampoo/conditioner and cut. Edith charged me 100.00. My appointment was at 5:30pm. I had to wait almost 3hrs. Edith never styled my hair like she do her other customers. Edith used mousse in my hair. When I got home to pick my hair it was dry and gluey. I had no curls . My hair looked like a nappy Afro.
Angie has does wonders with my hair!! I am embracing my gray and she has made it is easy to love the color and the style. My hair is natural and it has grown a lot since I started going. I get my hair silk pressed.

This was my first experience with Bangs. I should have gone to my stylist in Solon, I was lazy and didn't want to drive to Solon. My daughter-n-Love and my sister get their hair styled with different stylist. They told me they spend no more than $65. with a tip. Edith was my stylist. My appointment was at 2pm. I have fine naturally curly hair. I received a cut, wash and conditioner (I thought the wash was part of the experience, it was not $50. for a wash) the total cost not including a tip was $118. No perm just a wash, conditioner and mouse of which she could have kept. My stylist only charges me no more than $35.-$50. with a tip. Never again. 1st two pics after I got home and saw what was done. Last two after "I" washed and styled with my naturally hair. My hair isn't evenly cut one side burn is much larger on the left than the right. Thank GOD my hair grows fast. I am not a happy camper. Never again.

I was in the chair on time, hair cut and shampooed, educated on what products to use on my hair and out of the door within an hour!!
The drive was definitely worth the care I recieved.
I attempted to book a makeup appointment with a popular MUA.I had a wedding to attend and I wanted to look nice. I placed my booking a month in advance knowing that this time is a busy season with Proms and Graduations. I received an email May 3rd stating “We are reviewing your appointment request. Please look for a follow-up message soon. Thank you.” Never received a follow up message at all. Not an acceptance or a denial.I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending her or this salon again
I called today and I was able to speak with the owner Edith, who was more than willing to answer all my questions and I was able to get scheduled the same day. She was quick, and very efficient with my cut and style. I love my hair and I will definitely be going back!

Sonya is great! Today was my 1st time coming to this salon and everyone was so kind and professional. The salon is very clean and Sonya was on time! I felt safe and I loved that Sonya answered all of my questions, she's also down to earth and funny. I met the owner as well and she's great too! I was nervous about Sonya giving me a trim because today was my first day with her BUT she made me feel very comfortable and my hair looks great. I am not exaggerating, Sonya is a great stylist. Support!
