I went to this place by myself to help with my social anxiety and also treat myself to some nails. I mean I like the nails but my thumbs definitely are messed up and two different sizes. I also noticed that there’s a slight pink shade on some of my nails when I only wanted white. Some nails have a little too much product on them.

The one thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact my nail technician kept looking behind me. Like he was waiting for people. He also kept going on his phone too. every time his regular clients came in, he mostly spoke to them while doing my nails. I’m not sure if this normal behavior for a salon but I honestly rather try another place next time. :( It just felt like I didn’t matter as much as them. He was nice though, I was just frozen up so it was hard to have a conversation with me. Maybe I might give this place a shot again one day but for now, I’m going to explore my options.

People said they are cute nails but noticed the same issues as me. Thank you to this place for being my first nail salon experience though!

This is the best nail salon! They are very clean use sanitized instruments. Have every color you could imagine to choose from. Employees are very welcoming and friendly. They do a great job. Have special liners in the pedicure bowls. They also offer brow waxing as well.

This place is clean and welcoming. The owner Tom did my nails and he was nice and friendly. I have gone to many other salons up and down Germantown pkwy and the techs do not try to make conversations with you unless they know you. These techs here talk to you and make you feel welcome. they did a fantastic job to my dip nails.

rough and made my daughter in law bleed on several fingers, and he didnt listen she said she wanted oval shaped nails and he did square round, and for the price you pay , we were not happy with out first time going here and probably wont be back

Husband and I go here often and always have a wonderful experience. Today not so much. Got a mani pedi yesterday after choosing a gel color off the wall and the colors in the set don't match. Went back to get correct color on fingers thinking she accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle heading to the manicure table but still got a different color. It didn't even match the color on the bottle. When I pointed it out the younger girl said the number was the same (it was) then shellac. I guess that causes a color change? I think the product is off but I guess if the number is correct we shouldn't trust our eyes. In photo toes are the correct color. They use a different bottle(non shellac) for toes. Stay away from DC94 if you want the same color on both toes and fingers.

I went to get a dip manicure. The guy giving the lady next to me her manicure was using the drill to remove her old nails and bits of her nails were flying all over the place. I was covered in her old nails. The lady doing my manicure pushed my cuticles back without soaking them no cuticle softener or anything. She didn't shape my nails or anything. Once she was done with the dip she just got up and walked away. I thought she would be back to finish the service with cuticle oil and the hand massage. Nope, never came back, never said bye, thank you or anything. Someone else came over and asked if I was ready to check out. I told him I didn't think she was finished with the service until she waived that she was finished from across the room working on someone else. So I was charged full price for a sloppy half way done service.

Have been going to this salon for 12 years, three owners. Recently, while the staff is good, even with an appointment for my granddaughters and I, we were kept waiting for an hour and 15 mn. Finally, I spoke out as people who came in after us were being taken. It seems that if you are getting a basic color change on toes and acryics, the owner will skip over you if someone is getting a more expensive service. They'll lose their bread and butter clients... haven't been back. Phong and Truk always did a great job.

The male Tech was rude and aggressive he got mad because I asked him to put a towel on the manicure table while doing my service and started talking to me very crazy and loud. I felt bullied and will not spend money where I'm not treated right
