I love Azara and her employees!! I’ve been going to her faithfully for 5 years. I love the fact that she knows me, knows what my likes and dislikes are. She’s so personal and professional. Every time I come to her shop I feel great! I’m constantly getting compliments on my hair (even when it’s old). I’m a happy customer!

My experience was great. I spoke to Azara and when I got there the young ladies took very good care of me. Especially with my hair being short they did a great job! The ladies were wonderful. Will be back again.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They gave me an appointment for a certain time, but when I arrived, they told me it was three hours later. I am extremely upset because I had driven an hour and half to their establishment. Their customer service is leaves much to be desired and the braider who attended to me was discourteous.

The owner of the shop Azara is extremely rude. Her customer service is disgusting. She was extremely rude to me on two occasions. I appreciated her doing my hair which is why I came back to get my hair done 3 times. BUT this last time she was the rudest I’ve ever seen her. I asked her why there was a price change when she had just did the same style for me 3 weeks ago and she was very rude with her response. I simply told her she didn’t have to be rude to me and talk to me that way because I’m not talking to her like that and she told me well you can just go somewhere else to get you’re hair done because you’re aggravating me now! please STOP going to this lady.

Azara African Hair Braiding is my go to place. Hands down they have the best customer service and braiders. They never disappoint! Today I got knotless braids. The young lady who did my hair was very professional and welcoming. I Love my braids. Great place!

I use to come here years ago bc the work was always superb and customer service top tier. I’m so glad I was forced to come back here today ????. (Woulda never stopped had I not moved so far away). Azara and all her employees are so friendly, patient and sweet. Took their time not pulling my hair too tight and making sure I was ok the whole time. Love you ladies and thank you for getting me right for my birthday!!!!

I decided to update my review because i absolutely love Azara hair braiding . I have been going here for almost ten years now. The people in the shop are like second family to me . Very friendly an great service . I chose to get spring twist an I love them . I was out in 4 hours with two people on my head . Both ladies were so nice an social. I enjoyed getting my hair done here . This is the best shop in Stone Mountain unbeatable prices and hair is provided. If your looking for a home braiding shop this is the place to be! I have not been there in a while because I moved but I returned and everyone greeted me with such a warm welcome . I love how they remember their clientele. Haven’t experienced a rude person yet. I always just recommend you check your hair before they finish just so your dissatisfied with the service they will correct it for you !

I will never go here again. They had 3 different people braiding my hair at different times. The first lady started braiding my hair and wasn't adding hair to the end of the braid. I asked her to make the braids about the same size all the way down and she told me she couldn't but then started adding a bit of hair where my natural hair ends. That's what I wanted. The second young lady did fine. The third lady again tells me they can't add hair to the ends and after the hair is dipped they will be the same size. I know that's not true. This is not the first time I've had my hair braided. I told her that the first and second lady did and she got upset and stopped braiding my hair and told the owner. The owner said they couldn't when I told her the first and second lady did she told the third lady to just do it. She did on some and not others. The last couple of braids are the length of my own hair because she didn't want to open another pack of hair. Oh and by the way my braids are all different sizes. I only went to them because the lady that usually braids my hair (at a different shop) was unavailable and I'm going home (to the west coast) in a in a couple of days. I will never go back to Azara's.
