They were so nice here. It's been almost 3 months since the last one, and it was time.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had my nails done, French powder dip for MY WEDDING done on Nov 1st for my wedding on Nov 6th MY NAILS STARTED CRACKING AND CHIPPING THE DAY OF MY WEDDING NOT EVEN A FULL WEEK AFTER HAVING THEM DONE, I pulled them off because I could do nothing with them as they were chipped half the nail was off exposing my natural nail, went on my honeymoon with ugly terrible nails, went today to see if they would make it right considering it had not even been a week and was basically told she did not believe the nails chipped BECAUSE I didn’t stop my honeymoon to go get my nails fixed… I just wanted pretty nails for my wedding and will never be going here again for my nail service and I get my nail done every 2.5-3 weeks. I know quality and this place did not give me quality and called me a liar. You could have made it right I had proof my nails were done here….
Have used this place for 10 years, loved them until recently. They have become incredibly rude, you would think after being a customer for that long a little respect would be given.
Best salon in Shreveport/Bossier City with the most reasonable prices! Highly recommend them for nails, pedicures, brows etc… Every Tech is great at what they do! ♥️ Attraction Nails!!!
I been going there for bout 12 years now! I love the service and the quality that they give! if I had an issue it was fixed. Will always be the best nail spa ever!!!
They have the best nail techs, everyone in there knows how to make your nails look perfect. No need to request just one person here!!!
I went here for the first time in April and they are quick and really talented! Nice people work there too! Definitely glad I found them after trying a few places in shreve and bossier! Highly recommend
No matter what style i bring in, the staff is always ready to deliver exactly what i ask for! They are knowledgeable and proficient in the art and i won't go anywhere else. I'm in field sales and am always in front of various clients. I constantly get compliments on my nails!
