I’ve given this establishment many opportunities to succeed, however they continue to disappointment me.

1. Gel manicures do not last up to two weeks.

2. They re-dip your fingers in the SNS powder container, which led to a green mark (I think it’s fungus) on my left index finger. Additionally, my SNS manicure only lasted a week before my nails chipped. (No I do not wash dishes)

3. They double dip their wax when receiving waxing services

I give them 2 stars because they are quiet nice to customers. I must say, I will not continue services at this location.

Me and my daughter have been going to this salon for almost a year now. Everyone is SUPER nice, SUPER accommodating and professional. My daughter LOVES the nail tech JOY. She is soo nice, always smiling and very patient with her. I've had a great experiences with both Maria and Tina.The quality is great and the massages are superb. I would highly recommend this place. It's clean and they offer complimentary wine or water bottles (your choice) for each guests. Very great customer service!!! Very great management!!

Used a LivingSocial voucher for 60 min anti-aging facial with head & neck massage. Megan had already canceled 3 times with short notice. Strike 1. Finally she scheduled at a different location not listed on the Living social voucher. She gave me the wrong address so I’m at the wrong location- a liquor store with the exact address. She isn’t answering my calls or text. Strike 2. I finally find the place and she makes me wait 30 minutes because she’s doing someone’s nails. She strolled over to say I’ll see you in a minute. It took 30 minutes! Then we go to the room and she doesn’t have a hair turban or towel to keep hair off your face. Turns on the steam machine and leaves the room for 10 minutes. I actually thought she forgot me, after the steam machine turns off. I get up to get dressed. She comes in without an explanation and says let’s start. I’m literally wearing my winter hat to keep my hair back off my face. She doesn’t even give me a hair tie even though they’re in a jar on a shelf. She keeps leaving, seems unprepared. And she isn’t wearing gloves. The procedures feels rushed. She doesn’t explain what she’s doing, doesn’t ask about my problem areas. The scrub actually abrasive- ouch. She says sorry and continues to grind away at my face. She puts the product in my eyelids and lips. Yuck. When I finally leave, my eyes are cloudy with product. She announced- I’m done. I wait for her to redeem the voucher but she takes another client and I’m waiting again for 10 more minutes. Horrible customer service. Find a reputable aesthetician. Skip Megan @ Arte Spa.

The people were nice but I think it’s a little pricey for the quality. I just got a regular full set with gel polish that cost $50. Then I was told fill in would be $40 because of the shape of my nails which I’ve never heard before anyplace else. I will not be going back because the quality just doesn’t fit the price. I only did this as last minute because it was close to my house and I had an event to attend. Not worth it at all.

I made an appointment with Megan for waxing and called her in advance that I have a Groupon that I would like to use. She told me not to purchase the Groupon and we will match the price of the Groupon. When I went into the store she told me we cannot take more than one Groupon per person, so I told her okay and I told her I would like to do Waxing and Facial for all services she quoted me $180. After doing waxing she told me that my appointment has arrived for 4 pm and you can do your facial later. I then looked at her Price menu to see how she quote me for $180 and found that each service didn't cost more than $35. I asked her to breakdown the price and she said I am charging you $100 for the back and she refused to bring down her price from $170. After my wife and I argued with her enough she agreed with a price we were "okay" with paying. DO NOT get trapped with her words and do not use this business its the worst. There are better Salon's out there.

Super excited to try this new place with my groupon - I purchases a whole month of eyebrow waxing and I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

So I set up my follow up appointment and after confirming my appointment and driving an hour to get there I arrive at the location and its closed! So I call the lady to ask her and she says " oh its already 5?" like wow..... Then I decide to give her another chance and schedule another appointment with her and the day of that appointment I text her to confirm our appointment.... no response for hours.

Then I call her.... No response.... Sad to say I wont be back very unprofessional

They are AMAZING. I went there on crunch time, around 7pm to get wax, pedicure and manicure. They had to close at 8. A charming lady and a man named Paul made it happen. They are very kind, sweet and beyond professional. I was way more than satisfied. I got the mood color for my hands and it’s very beautiful. You definitely have to try them and you’ll understand what I’m saying.

Megan, co-owner of the salon is fabulous! Her Arte Facial is one of the best that I've ever experienced. I'm a picky New Yorker transplant and so, I'm not easily impressed at all. She also delivers a stellar Brazilian wax treatment. Great personality and very professional.
