Unprofessionalism at its finest. Very hard to schedule an appointment. I’ve left three messages since October. They will not call you back. They closed for almost 3 weeks in November due to holidays although I was calling well before then. The team members are inconsistent with information and policies. After speaking with the owner, he made me feel like he did not want to schedule me due to it being a month wait until their next available appointment. I agreed to the month wait as this is normal for this location. It would sometimes take 3 months with past bookings and he informed me that he doesn’t recommend that I wait because my dogs could have matting. What choice would I have if you don’t have any appointments until then and I’ve been calling for months? I mentioned I preferred their location because the rabies was not required and was willing to wait, and then he proceeded to argue with me that I made this up. But the proof was there, because there was no shot records on file and they had been seeing my dogs for six months or more. Prior to this incident it has always been hard to get ahold of them and schedule an appointment. The owner is short, rude and clearly is overwhelmed or not in the business of guest satisfaction. I wish him the best. I will be getting my pets records up to date which was hard with my work schedule and will be taking them back to PetSmart to ensure professionalism and proper scheduling. I’ve never known a company/business to want to push business and revenue away and want their clients to feel like a bother. Shot records aside, as I know companies have every right to required this, if his team misinformed me, then politely and professionally say that. This is clearly a mistake on your teams end by accepting unvaccinated pets for months yet I was called a liar indirectly. Definitely not good business, my friend.
Great Establishment my dog gets groomed very quickly and efficiently. Some folks don't like the fact that they only take cash but in reality to keep the low prices down then the credit card machine would make them up their prices. I don't mind going to the ATM before I go to pick up my dog.
front desk boy is the most incompetent person ever. doesn’t know how to schedule and calls people “f****ing stupid” more like him since he can’t do anything right. do not recommend
So I've taken my dog to this spot for the last 3 years she's been alive, The staff has been awesome, and great results everything is always good, so I called today, and the "owner" said my dog has not been there in the last 2 years and they have never seen us in the store ever.
They did great a great job on my little Coco.
I let them know that she has a bad back, so they handle her with great care.

A good job on my Morki Poo Bella. Bella was happy when I went to pick her up. She looked great. Price is a little than some places but staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what Morki Poo should look like. I will definitely be back.
Don’t bother calling them. Rude on the phone about not taking new clients. I guess you can be snooty if your job is secure.
I'm giving it a two because the lady that did my dog's nails did a great job but the owner has a very bad attitude. I was told to be here between 7:30 and 8:00 for my dog's nails to be trimmed I got there at 7:40 and I was told I was late this man is very rude. He said next time be here at 7:30 there won't be a next time. Ill go to what a mess in Apache Junction.
