I didn't have a long wait at all, they take care but also move at a decent pace. The staff is very nice. I had my nails done, full gel set and I have zero complaints! Great color, shape, length! Exactly what I asked for. The prices are standard. I added an eyebrow cleanup at the end, my first time getting my eyebrows done other than by myself, good experience there as well! I just moved to this side of town, so this will be my new spot.
The service is not good at all. Yes it’s cheap but I’d rather pay more for a great job than cheap for a horrible job. The gel was all over my nails and done so carelessly. I’m surprised people go get their nails done here. I could’ve done my nails better than they did and they’re supposed to be professionals. I never complain on a site but I want people to know before they get their nails done that you’ll come out looking like a 5 year old did your nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I really find it hard to believe that this nail salon is still here. The woman who sits at the first desk is the rudest and she will talk about you smh. They don’t wash their manicure bowls for you or the next customer and they don’t sterilize their tools. I have polish all over my nails, it’s lumpy and every time I brought this to her attention, she got an attitude and did a worse job. I was so happy just to leave this place. The entire experience was a mess…literally.
The polish came off my toes after I left. ( it was a gel pedi) I went back after work and she fixed it.
I have a love hate relationship with this place. Been coming here for 20 years off and on. Today's experience was ok. My nail tech was on point but the owner was a little rude today. I requested to soak my feet for a few minutes before starting my pedicure and waa told no. I've seen this done for other customers on several occasions, so I was taken back when I was told no
This is not my normal nail place, went in to get one nail fixed. Had to wait about 20 minutes which is fine, then the tech wanted me to sit some more and soak the half of broken nail off, I had to ask 4 times for her to pick it off then started doing it myself before she finally did. Then she complained when I told her my nail was crooked. Then she charged me $4 even though the menu says $2 for nail repair. When I asked why she said it's $2 if you get a refill but because I only got the repair it was $4. I call BS. Never coming back here! #nasty
The color I chose was not the color I ended up with I even said something about it when she was applying it,but I was crunch for time and I let it go it was the gel. Won't be going back. The pedicure itself was okay.
Cheap and the quality of the workmanship is horrible. Each time I told the lady about my nail being lean or too fat, she started speaking in her language and continued on. I currently have a short ass pinky and about 3 flaired nails looking like a blasted skater skirt. I'll never ever return
