After reading reviews l, I took my crazy self anyway. I'm not happy with my micros at all. They braided them to my scalp instead of individuals. They are very thin. Every one is pregnant. They kept stopping. I want be going back. Just lazy micros!

Went back for my 3rd visit and honestly it wasn’t my best experience I got there at 7:20 they be booked up on Saturday. They arrived at 8:15 and I was #3 in line and the person that she said would do my hair didn’t arrive until after 10:20 and then I had to wait for her to prep my hair and I was told they charge an additional 10$ to the 220$ after she was done she said they charging extra for the hair when I’ve always paid 220$ for service and hair.

Extremely welcoming as soon as I walked in the door , Zainab was already set up and ready to perform the service ! I am very much satisfied with my experience & results. Highly recommended

Anita's is always my go to place when I need my hair braided

I really wish I could give 0 stars. They are veryyyyy rude, don’t care about your time, and all they do is yell all across your head. I was there from 8am to 8pm for box braids. They are too slow I would rather sit in somebody house other than that place. Then if you ask them a question they start talking about you in their language. Really rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My experience today was great! Clean an safe environment! Most importantly! My hair is beautiful! All the ladies are more than nice an respectful! They were very kind! I read the other reviews, concerning Anita, I was there from 9-4 an she was amazing as well! Definitely will be back! Thanks Ladies!

I would give 0 stars but you have to give one to leave a review. I wish I could upload a picture of my hair. It is matted and very spaced out with braids. Very un attractive and very unpleasant. I like Anita, but I do not like the way they do hair. They wouldn’t even take down my braids when I called them for a take down. Very unprofessional!!! I have had no good hair experience here and the only reason I went was because it was open. I had swore I would never go to them again. Well, I did. And now I’m suffering the consequences. You want your hair braided real good? Come to Memphis! Not Mississippi!!

I normally get my hair braided in East Memphis. I didn't feel like driving there so I decided to use Anita. I will never use her again. First, they took forever to start on my head. Second, one person start braiding my hair then leave and start on another person's hair. Third, they were rude and illiterate. Oh, I can go on and on . Then she charge extra for the hair. I never pay extra where I normally go! I will never use her again.
