Very unprofessional, pricey and poor work. An hour didn’t pass when my nail literally just came off out of nowhere. Never going back.
What a shame!!! This was my favorite place until TODAY! What a disappointment that i pay to look like a mess when i leave. And what does it say about customer service when no one offers to fix it?! NONE of the manicurist were recognizable and no one knew how to do what i wanted. But the lady recommended to me DESTROYED my nails.. she burned me with the electric file several times. She cut my skin and there's so much extra acrylic powder its pulling off my skin! Im bleeding on 4 fingers! I asked for thick coffin nails NOT LUMPY UGLY SKINNY THINGS ON THE TOP OF MY FINGERS! I specifically SPECIFICALLY asked for my nails to be wide at the bottom cuz i have fat fingers and dont like skinny nails but the pictures show all u need to see! She did terrible! Im not wasting another $.
**Also be prepared they charge full price for kids.. its $17 for my son to get his toe nails clipped n soaked in water... $17!! Gotta be kidding me. No nail polish. Its sad. And if i want them done by the "best guy" there its like a 2 day wait. DONT NOBODY HAVE TIME FOR THAT!

Their pricing is ridiculous i've been going to this shop for 5 years..a color change 35.00 and a fill in 55.00? Wow they have lost a customer.. i went a block down to Jeannies and got a fill in with color 35.00... they also like to force gel polish when u should have a choice
I love when they do my nails there's no cuts near my cuticle from the drill it doesn't hurt at all, they do it so good I recommend you guys to go there !!! And ima go back there next week!!!! (This photo was several months ago but they're still good at doing my nails and urs too)!!!!????????????????
I've been here twice with my daughter. Both times to get a fill, full set, and pedicures. The first time we went I called days ahead to make a appointment. We showed up on time and had to wait 45 minutes after our appointment time. Daniel did both of our nails, they came out good. He really tries to give you what you want. Pedicures really suck here. The first time the lady cut my toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding! The second time the guy didn't even massage my feet. My toe nail polish looked lumpy and when I told him he got irritated, then put cuticle oil on my toes and told me (with attitude)it was the oil. I never felt so uncomfortable. I actually left that nail shop in tears. How can someone treat their customers with such attitude. The shop is clean and they sanitize everything. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
It's ok if you don't get a person who is not in a hurry said my daughter. Then my wife said her flower is a Christmas flower in Spring what was they thinking, but whatever it's ok is the rating. Hopefully if you go you'll get better service.
