i went to get a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday (7/15/22) .. a female named LILY did both . while painting my toes she was doing a HORRIBLE job so I asked her to fix it and she “did” .. it looked better than it did the first time so I left it at that . after my pedicure she did my manicure .. I paid and tipped her ! only to get home and realize that she didn’t put a top coat on the big toe on my left foot . and it just didn’t look as if I had literally JUST gotten a pedicure. the polish was absolutely messy . i called and spoke to John that night and he said I could come in to get them repainted. i went this morning (7/16/22) . I waited over an hour just to get my toes repainted and eventually just asked for a refund . he refunded me only for the polish. while waiting he had taken FOUR females ahead of me that came after me. I’ve gone there a bunch of times before and over all there’s always a wait and services are always rushed.
I've been seeing Marry for over a year and she is absolutely amazing! My nails always look incredible and I always feel so welcome here!
I went here last year. It was my first time getting my nails done and it was such an awful experience, I've been nervous to get them done again anywhere else. The girl I had was not friendly. She especially seemed irritated anytime my pinky naturally stuck out. She did a horrible job. My nails were SO THICK!! Not only that, she didn't cut down my natural nails before working on them so the whole time I had this manicure, I had to I see my nails underneath which was gross to me. During the time I had them, certain parts of the nails would crack and break off. About a month after getting them done, I went to get them completely taken off and didn't want a new set put on. The person who took them off, severely damaged my nail beds. They hurt for days and were brittle for MONTHS because they went down so far with the tool to take the gel manicure off, that my nails were very thin. It took over 3 months for them to completely grow out and be healthy again. I would really love to get them done again somewhere else, but very hesitant to after that experience.
Best in town!! They are very caring. They help their customers out of their chair. The prices are reasonable and the quality is amazing.
Do not go here and if you do do not let Anna (I think that was her name) help you she is beyond rude. I went it today to just get a quick manicure and she was absolutely rude she threw the colors on the table upside down so you can even see the colors walked away to get more of them snatched the ones I was looking at away then the dropped 3 more on the counter and was like repeating herself pick a color pick a color like rushing me I wasn’t even in the chair for a full 3 minutes and I was like “why are you being so rude” she got mad at me and like grabbed my hand to start the manicure and I then pulled my hand from her and was like I’m okay I’ll just leave. I will never return here and I hope nobody else comes and see her cause she is terrible.!!
Got mani/pedi for vaca on a Tuesday, polish chipping off on Thursday while away - unacceptable. Friend gave me a GC for this place. I will use it, but won't go back after.
I love my nails by Jenny every time, without fail! She does amazing nails and always makes sure you are happy with the final product. This was my most recent fill done by Jenny.
I stopped going here for a while bc EVERYTIME a nail.or 2 broke within 24-48 hours. I decided to give them another shot due to not many other places being open on my day off. Low and behold broke 2 nails in 24 hrs.
Seems like they get the cheapest supplies/powder and then I gotta GO BACK pay 20 bucks to fix two nails. This place is a scam. Don't go here unless you live sitting in that chair twice a week paying extra ney done correctly in the first place for 50 dollars for a job that just should have been done right to begin with.
