Feeling like a whole new woman! Had to do the toes this time since I'm breaking out the flip flops already! Hannah did an amazing job, my nails look perfect and my spa pedicure was SO RELAXING! Love this place!

Went and had pedicure and manicure and I told them nails weren't the shaped or done like I had asked and the gel that I paid $10 for was still sticky, skipped glitter in some toes and messed up and said it would be ok. Went hone and gel was coming off. Went back and was going to charge me less than 24 hours after done. NEVER had this problem with gel. 3 times there and that's it. Gave them 3 chances. NEVER going again. Horrible. Prices change all 3 times for same service.

Yes my nails was not done right at all now I have to call back at 1:00 tomorrow to talk to the guy that done them he did not even use the powder or the purple gel to put the the nails back on right and my sister has took pictures of her nails they look terrible she wants her money back

Their are some very nice techs there however, I was not greeted when I came in. In fact, I felt like I was ignored. The lady that runs the register had to show the man how to do ombré. When they were finished she said, you like? I said oh yes, I love them. She said, “ I wasn’t talking to you!” Well, excuse me but I’m the one paying! She is very rude. Another time, it looked like a five year old painted my nails. I asked on another occasion for gel polish & manicure. They didn’t clip my cuticles or anything so I asked about it. After paying $45, I was told that would cost another $25. No, thank you! I won’t be returning. That has been my experiences at this salon.

My daughter and I both asked for gel polish. I got a design and she didn’t ($5 difference). While doing my nails I said repeatedly I didn’t like one color but she kept doing my nails while laughing with her friend and making fun of someone on her phone. Not paying any attention to her customers. I told her on the design it was not the same color as I had asked for. She told me it was the same and proceeds to finish. After drying my nails, she priced my nails for $15 dollars more than my daughters. ???? $55 dollars later we had our nails just painted,(not a mani , unless giving me a squirt of lotion at the end counts) and mine being not even what I wanted. While I tried to explain she kept saying have a good day have a good day trying to get me out the door … They don’t care about customers and they’re lucky I remained calm due to my child being present. Would never recommend to go here.

Went in on May 2nd and got Albana to do my nails. Loved the job she did. It was perfect. My previous nail technician moved….. but I will be going back here. Thank you for great service. For some reason this posted from my husbands account. It should say Amanda Epperson.
