Super clean and friendly staff. I didn't feel rushed like you do in many nail salons. Wendy did a great job!
Came in for pedicure and dip powder. Had a male tech. My pedicure came out fine but was rushed. When it came time to do my nails he was very pushy about adding tips for length. I had a few nails broken and short so I agreed. I was very specific that I wanted them short. He suggested almond shaped. I said I wasn’t sure so he did one nail to show me the shape. We agreed. Then he proceeded to rush through the rest. They were all different lengths different shapes and EXTREMELY thick. When I started to tell him what I didn’t like about them he kept saying “idk girl tell me what you want” I just kept saying I wanted them natural looking, short and not too thick. He got very unprofessional and eventually made someone else fix them. A nice young lady tried to fix them but the damage was done. The extensions were placed crooked and at this point I was in the salon for over 2 hours when I should have been out within and hour. They then still proceeded to charge me full price. Beyond disappointed. I was perfectly fine just getting normal dip powder. He should not push people into letting him do something special if he does not know what he is doing or is going to do it sloppy. I have a wedding to attended and this has completely ruined my day. Will never return. They only care about up charging to make $ and give no quality to their work.
Literally so rude. They have add on cost for everything. KB A regular pedicure is called the ‘lavender foot spa’, god knows what they would do for their standard pedicure. They charge extra for painting your nails with Essie nail polish and they asked me to get up from the massage chair when I was sitting for like a minute even though there was no one there. Go to Princess Nail Salon which is within the same radius and they are much more welcoming and do a fantastic pedicure.
The spa is nice, clean and they give you a massage to go with your pedicure. However, the girl CiCi took a long time to take off my existing powder dip nails. She took a over a hour to take them off while other techs take 20 mins to take it off. Also they begged me for a tip after I paid. When I told them I don’t carry cash they told me to write the tip on my debit card receipt. Then when I gave them a tip, they said you know this tip is split into 2 people right? I don’t mind giving a tip, but don’t ask for one. Never returning ever again.
I have been going here for the past few months and like the way they do my nails. You need to make an appointment in advance as they rarely take walk-ins due to their high client volume. They do offer 10% off if you pay in cash which is a nice perk. Their facility is very clean and sanitary but it also feels like you are just another customer - in, out, next. They offer all of the typical services a nail salon would including waxing and massages. Mostly everyone is skilled at doing free-hand designs if you bring them a picture. Overall it is a decent place to go to get your nails done.
A salon totally worth the visit! You need an appointment, so make one ahead, but you shouldn't be let down. Inside is nice, clean and even has fun decor with a bright large fish tank. Very nice! I was seated and given a bottle of water right after my arrival. The color selection is the best I've seen in a long time, which had me totally impressed (& I get my nails every two weeks so that says a lot). The pedicure selections were also great. I wish I lived local and could make this spot my regular go-to. A little pricey, but quality service that you cannot beat.
Usually good experience except for today.. have my nails done by summer, I did acrylic I told her I didn't want my nails to long but then she ended up making them soooo short like this is the first time in my life I just did my nails and I hate how they look I don't even want to look at my nails that's how disappointed I'm ????
CHEAP AND GREEDY STAFF. This place is big and clean, but these people are so greedy and unprofessional. The quality of their work is hit or miss at best. You probably will get good service about 40 percent of the time.
Here’s the big problem. They don’t know anything about providing good customer service. If you don’t take the package they want to sell you, they put no effort into what they do for you. Then after you tell them what you want, they keep trying to sell you services yoh don’t want or need. It makes it impossible to relax and enjoy the experience.
My girl and I spent about $150 here and I gave a $25 tip on top. The nail tech then came out and said that the tip should have been at least $50. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a salon.
THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE NEED TO STEP IN AND TAKE A HARD LOOK AT WHAT THEIR WORKERS ARE DOING. THIS COULD BE A GREAT PLACE IF THEY JUST LEARN PROPER SALESMANSHIP.

Quick Facts About AANails & Spa

AANails & Spa place has a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, cleanliness is mentioned multiple times in the comments. Customers appreciate that the salon is super clean, which is essential for a hygienic and comfortable experience. Additionally, the friendly staff is noted as a positive aspect. Customers feel welcomed and not rushed during their appointments, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This can contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable experience for customers.
One specific staff member, Wendy, is praised for doing a great job. This indicates that there are skilled technicians in the salon who can provide high-quality services. The range of services offered is also mentioned positively, with the salon providing typical services like nails, waxing, and massages. The inclusion of free-hand designs is appreciated by customers who want unique and personalized nail art.
Another strength mentioned is the decor of the salon, with a bright fish tank adding a fun and visually appealing element to the space. The salon's attention to detail in providing complimentary water to customers is also noted as a positive gesture.
Now turning to the weaknesses, several negative aspects are mentioned in the comments. One recurring complaint is regarding rushed service. In one instance, a customer had a rushed pedicure and nails, leading to dissatisfaction with the final result. This suggests that some technicians may prioritize speed over quality, potentially impacting the overall experience for customers.
Pushy upselling and add-on costs are mentioned as negative aspects of the salon. Customers express frustration at being asked to pay extra for services like using Essie nail polish or being pressured to add tips for certain enhancements. This can create a negative experience and leave customers feeling like they are being taken advantage of financially.
One customer even mentions a negative experience with a specific technician, who was unprofessional and unable to achieve the desired result. This highlights potential inconsistencies in the skill level of technicians within the salon.
Furthermore, poor customer service is a common complaint. Customers mention feeling overwhelmed by the constant sales pitches for additional services and feeling pressured to tip more than they intended. This creates a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere for customers, preventing them from fully relaxing and enjoying their appointments.
The inconsistency in the quality of work is also raised as a concern. While some customers have had good experiences, others mention hit or miss results, implying that not all technicians possess the same level of skill or attention to detail.
Finally, price is mentioned as a drawback by some customers. They find the salon to be a bit pricey, although one customer does acknowledge the quality service as worth the expense. This suggests that the salon may not be suitable for budget-conscious individuals.
In conclusion, AANails & Spa place has strengths in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff, skilled technicians, a range of services, and unique designs. However, weaknesses in rushed service, pushy upselling, add-on costs, inconsistent quality of work, and poor customer service need to be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers.
