These are pictures one day after my henna tattoo.
The henna was very running during the application. She tried fixing it but it did not work. When I returned to the shop the next day to show the outcome and ask for some sort of refund or credit I was told there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. And no ownership of the issue that caused this horrible outcome
I went in received a terrible service about a month ago. The owner passed me on to her worker who messed my shape up and took off to much hair. I left with two different shapes. The owner did not care and offer to do my services again when my hair grew back. To make things worse she never followed up with me. I feel disrespected and know she only cares about giving her good reviews. Be careful who u choose and make sure u get a good service wherever you go but this is not the place.
Excellent service!! I've decided to go back to threading after many years of waxing my eyebrows & I'm glad I chose Amy's salon! I was able to get an appointment within 15 mins of calling & she did an fantastic job! Best of all, painless & no redness for hours after like I would get from waxing. Can't wait to go back & try other services!
I really recommend doing eyebrows at Amy's salon anyone you choose seems experienced ..been a customer for years now and they never disappoint me. Also recently I got my hair cut done with MariaElena which I'm extremely satisfied they implemented a person to do hair.
Awesome customer service and professionalism. Been a customer for years. Amy listens and directs you as to what is best for you. I have super sensitive skin and always get cut when threading not with Amy. She is AWESOME
I have been going to Amy's since 2015. I get my eyebrows and hair cut done and I always leave the place feeling more beautiful and pretty. It's really hard to find a parlor who can do my eyebrows without shorthening the length because I have thin ones. My hair looks always nice and everyone compliments on my styles , after I get them cut at Amy's. Everyone is friendly and professional and pays attention to detail. Thank you Amys
I was a first time walk-in since I just moved to this area from Weston, where I used to get my brows done and it was a pain to plan and drive there from my new place. Thankfully, there is a highly skilled lady that made my brows (which are kinda messed up since every brow artist does its own thing) look phenomenal! I won't let anybody else touch my brows but her. It's so hard to find a GOOD brow artist, but I found one 5min from my home and I feel blessed.
Reviews and Groupon Deal made me curious about Amy's Salon, so I tried...
I went for Eyebrow threading, tinting and eyelashes. I decided to upgrade from the basic lashes and tint for better results.
What a waist of my money and Time!!!
Lashes are not aligned, feels veeery uncomfortable, I just got them an hour ago and I just want them off my face. Horrible job.
Yes Amy was nice and Salon was very clean but that is just the 101 of business. Job done is what speaks volumes.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!
