I went here yesterday to get my nails done. They really looked terrible when I walked in. Eric did my nails. He was very friendly and he asked helpful questions around how I wanted my nails to look. I am very satisfied with the end result. Love the color and shape.
The best place I’ve done my nails in over 2 years!! Tim did my nails and I’m obsessed!! Will be back and will recommend to all my friends!
I just picked a color and let them be creative. Perfection ????
Some of the workers are lazy and when you tell them full set they try to force you to get fill in because dont wanna do extra work
I absolutely love this place. Amanda does my nails and never disappoints. Always beautiful ???? and Phil does the absolute best pedicures I've ever had. My feet are blessed to have him????????. Always come here, always will. 10 out of 10
This place is very unprofessional, the owner has her elderly mother doing pedicures and she is horrible. I asked for a gel set dipped tip in glider and the remainder a white color and when the tech tells me he is done my nails are all white. One can't communicate because they hardly can understand or speak English. They are all yelling and laughing among each other and it is very unprofessional. I walked out after paying the tech and not tipping him. I was very nice because I should have walked out without paying. Never again will i go back!
This place is horrible they talk to you like you are not even a person. In fact they don’t talk to you they talk at you. The nail techs does a lot of yanking/pulling on your hands. I honestly feel like they would rather service people that aren’t black than people who are. At one point I did like going there but one time my nail tech begin to make fun of me and it literally brought me to tears. I had worked a long day and was looking looked forward to getting my nails done. She kept saying that I was being difficult Although I wanted some thing done the right way and it just didn’t seem to work. I switched and got a plain color. In my mind it was simple and very easy to do but she complained every step of the way. All she would say is it’s time for me to go home I want to go home she was not concerned about being professional or anything. I never and I went back. Instead I went to a better shop called classy nails in Tinley Park and I have loved their work and the atmosphere definitely worth your time to go and try it out at least these people appreciate your service and make it known. Overall I say don’t waste your money at this American nails place!!
