This place was terrible. I like my eyebrows thick and told her several times to make sure she keeps them thick. she continued to thread half of my eyebrow off thinking that’s what i wanted. incorrect. I told her plenty of times I just wanted a slight clean up keeping my eyebrows thick. Need a new lady or otherwise would not recommend to others.
I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for nearly two years. When I went other places before, I use to get really nervous. I wasn’t always happy with the results. My eyebrows wouldn’t always look similar or would be too thin.
Goma always listens to what I’m looking for and delivers every time. I am always pleased with her work. I highly recommend anyone to come visit her business!
So this was my first experience EVER getting my eyebrows threaded (I'm a waxer) but I was in dire need of getting my brows done and it is so hard trying to find a consistent person when you move from somewhere that you have been your whole life that was full of options. So, I decided to try here and Goma did AMAZING. I barely felt any pain (main reason I have been skeptical about getting them threaded) but they are beautiful! She didn't pressure me and allowed me to make my own decision of getting them done. I waited after I saw another customer get theirs done and decided to go for it. Overall I am super happy and will be coming back. I wish I had before photos because my eyebrows were horrendous. But I've dropped the after! No tint, all natural!
Use to be good went her the other day she messed my one eyebrow up. Full face they are amazing at. I just wish she didn’t mess my one eyebrow up.
I visit this establishment once a month to have my upper lip cleaned. About 6 months ago a new person was trained and since then I have gotten this person. Sorry I did not get a name but will update post when I do. She often is speaking to someone on the phone using her Bluetooth headphones and wears black rimmed glasses.
She method of threading is very aggressive that I always leave my session with a cut. I am posting a review now because as I was waiting for my appointment last month she was working on a mans eyebrows. From where I was sitting in the waiting area I saw blood dripping down his fingers as he was holding his cut from her threading work. This was the nail in the coffin for me. Others too are being effected by her carelessness.
I will continue to comeback because I enjoy the benefits of threading but I will no longer be tipping.
Great service, love getting my eyebrows done here, my only complaint is that full face costumers should make appointments. It takes longer than brow or single services, and being behind someone doing that makes for a long wait.

I love this lady she does very good and professional. as she mention me one time she is doing this since teenager. i never review business usually but i feel she deserve a feedback on her business. i live in Pocatello, before this place was open i used to go Trolley Square eyebrows driving 3.5 hrs. I personally thanks for her by saving my time and money. I would like to suggest couple of google reviewer to be thank full about her instated of being so dramatic and schadenfreude. As well on our conversation she make me cry telling me, she works dam 11 hrs for 6 days in a row that we even can not think about it and u guys are complaining abut talking on phone with family how heartless people u are autocratic. so people be thank full and think arbitrating. it is just a couple dollar service not 100$ dinner !!!
