I’ve been coming here for years and this place has gone downhill. I will never come back. Daniel was the only one that did nails the right way. This seems more like a family owned business that they allow family to come in and do nails with little to no training.

The had a new girl do my nails, it was horrible! I’ve never had acrylic caked UNDER my nails before. NEVER. I had someone else redo them. He did it better but still, no consistency in the work. Please do not spend your money here they definitely over charge and the work is not quality for what the charge. I paid $110 for THIS MESS and they would not redo them.

I was overcharged $10. When I called back to speak to the owner to see what happened she started yelling at me telling me she told me $45 when what she told me earlier was $35. I got a very short set with pink acrylic no way that set should be $45. She was making fun of me the whole time because I like my sets a little thicker and not thin like press on nails. It’s funny how they want to be cheap with their materials but want us to pay more for them doing less. I would not recommend they’re liars and dishonest and will charge your card with whatever amount and not give you a receipt. Their customer service skills are not the best you don’t go back and fourth with a customer over YOUR mistake. Save yourself some time and headache and go to another nail salon.

Stopped in for a dip manicure yesterday. Beautiful color options and my nail tech was superb. Love the magic remover product as well. Definitely coming back for future devices. The entire shop is lovely!!

Diane did an excellent job! She was very prompt and I loved the outcome from my services. Allure is very clean and organized and one of my favorite spas. I will be returning!

The gentleman used the drill tool to remove gels (as many places do) but drilled away many layers of my actual nails! 4 months on, my nails still have a visible divot and change in level, that will only be gone when they fully grow out. I have long, natural nails that i take great pride in, so i’m angry that i unknowingly entrusted someone without the skill to do a simple gel manicure, with them.

2 stars because it was clean and they were nice. Maybe someone there knows what they’re doing. Unfortunately, i cant trust them again.

I made an appointment, and I didn’t have to wait even a second. Diane did a great job on my dip nails, and was very friendly. Hieu did a great job on my pedicure

So let me say first, I gave them 4 stars solely because Diane did my nails today and she did a wonderful job. Second, I wrote a review 2 weeks ago about the lady that did my nails the week prior. She had the audacity to ignore me and talk about me to the customer she was servicing. I was cool with the outcome of her doing my nails three weeks ago. I just didn't want her to do my nails again. But, if you are confident in your work, one customer shouldn't bother you. However her cold shoulder today showed her lack of professionalism. I will continue to go there because I like the setting and the other nail techs are nice and professional.

Kevin did a great job with my nail art! Just wish he would have listened more closely about acetone & alcohol irritating my fingers. ????
