As a frequent customer, I have noticed a drop-off on the customer service quality in the butcher section, they try to oversell you everything you ask for, if you ask for 2 kg of chicken breast for example, he put 2.3kg, if you ask for 1 kg of beef he puts 1.2kg and then he smile and give you the price, this practice is used recently by the new guy and the short old one, if you ask for a beef peace to be minced, they start the machine with some ready mince to prime it and put the fresh meat on the top ,of course you will be served the mix, I have also been served an old stock of chicken wings and the worst thing that happened to me lately, the short guy refused to serve me a whole neck as he had already cut a couple, in his logic, I had to buy from the already sliced once.

Hygiene....they start to use the same space and knifes to cut chicken, lamb and beef,... I think I don't need to explain this point.

Hope you fix these practices.

I have put 2 starts as the other part of the shop and the people working at the till are still performing exactly like the day one, always smiling and ready to help . I also have to mention that one of the guys at the butcher section is very professional in the way he serves and work, I believe he is the youngest in the team.

Mashallah beautiful shop and groceries available are spot on with great quality. Meat was MASHALLAH really good quality too plus the staffs attitude was amazing and helpful. Even helped to take some of our bags to our car. Thanks will definitely recommend everyone.

Amazing supermarket to buy meat products. This place is reserved very well and is so clean that the meat is 5 star hygenic. The supermaket has recently been updated with amazing products such as they have added various types of drinks, brought rice, spicy items, and etc. You can get spicy items to nourish your foods.

Update 29/05/2021: I just visited this supermarket today and I'm impressed it expanded the supermarket by adding new items. You can even buy utensils here now. Before it wasn't there. I posted the pictures so see for yourself.

Good selection of Products. A bit Overpriced (1,50 for Borěk). Store cleanliness was good and the atmosphere is nice especially when the music is playing. A bit of a miserable experience at the till but the staff were polite enough.

Alim is my favorite shop I can find variety of food and products that I can not find in others. Such as "Pınar " brand Turkish cheese, "Marmara birlik" black olives and Turkish bagel (simit). Shop is very well organized. There is always nice, fresh fruit and vegetables and variety of delicious bread.

Butcher is very clean. Everything is available.

Staff are polite and friendly

Reasonable prices
