Lovely food great verity and value service

This is the second time l I have been to this venue I am blind so a little bit harder to deal with the girls are all very friendly and helpful l had the full English freafast absolutely marvellous this café wil be seeing a lot more of Albert
Called in while busy y/day, tried quiche with items hand picked for salad. Ended up with extra raw veg purposely not picked before mixed with ones I had. Quiche tasty enough, pastry solid. Cakes quite nice with a cuppa after.
Main meals are awful.
The quiche is like rubber.... not fresh.

Service is terrible, the girl serving chooses when to answer your questions or ignores you.
A smile and good manners cost nothing.
Please try to be more friendly and then maybe you would have more customers.
Food was ok, staff were nice but tables were too cramped together, not even enough space for a child to squeeze through. People were getting up to let others in constantly. Was quite grubby too but if staff can't get in to clean and remove dirty cups and dishes this is to be expected from now on I suppose.
I found this place while browsing aimlessly in Market Villiage in The Galleries. Was like finding a hidden gem! The Staff were really friendly, me being unsteady on my feet with Cerebral Palsy, they could not help quick enough to carry my shopping, meal and hot drink over to where I wanted to sit. Service at it's very best.
And the Food was of the same quality whilst also being of incredibly good value for money. I will certainly be going again. And would highly reccomend to everyone else too.
Best food in the galleries my only complaint is it's not the best customer service . There's been times where I've stood waiting to be served and totally ignored to the point where I've just walked away . I've came in today n the woman has came to us and said quite bluntly "what do u want" . Just a bit more manners and friendly service this place would be perfect
